They say confession is good for you, so.....

I hate, hate, hate the Haunted Mansion at MK. It absolutely bores me to tears.

Ahhh - it feels so good to admit my dirty Disney secret.

oh yeah - NKOTB rules!! :thumbsup2

Confession: DH and I have a thing for U2. I have seen them 24 times in concert, he is closer to 30 or so. Our first date was a U2 show!

U2 related confessions: Twice, at my current job, I have taken a weeks vacation. I told everyone we were traveling. In fact, we were sitting outside the arena, trying to get into the heart (then the ellipse). It always worked!

Once, we drove 400 miles out of our way on a scheduled cross country trip, because we knew they were playing in Birmingham, Alabama, and we wanted to see the show.

At that same Alabama show (and through that whole tour), the band had a "zoofenssional booth," that you could go in and say anything you liked, then the editors would splice everything together for a funny show in between sets. DH (then DBF) and I went into the booth, and he gave a sweet speech about how he loved me. At the end, he gave me a big kiss. When we came out of the booth, the producer asked us if we would go back in and kiss again. We figured, hey, why not! It's Alabama, we don't know these people! So, we did. And they edited it so that we seemed to be kissing OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER...

Ok, I love the MTV shows, all of them Laguna Beach, Real World, Eighth and Ocean, Real World/Road Rules, Punk'ed, Run's House, My sweet sixteen, Made, The Shop and there's a new one Yo Momma!

I was going to post something quite similar! I LOVE the MTV Shows:Laguna Beach, Real World, The Gauntlet, The Inferno, and Sweet Sixteen...are you sensing a theme? I guess I really enjoy reality tv shows because my favorite all time show is The Amazing Race. I also love Survivor!

I also love reading celebrity gossip from US Magazine :rolleyes2

I was TOTALLY in love with John Taylor from Duran Duran (back in 7th grade).

Oooh, one more. I LOVE Disney's High School Musical. I play the CD in the car all the time and pretend my 7 year old is the one who wants to listen to it. :lmao:

I read the DIS all day long in between my work, and hope that one day the IT guys don't start monitoring internet usage! For reasons that I can't divulge, I won't post at work, I will only read. That's why you see me on evenings and weekends only! :lmao:

I've done some weird or silly things in my past - not sure you all really want to hear about them! I eventually told my parents most of the ridiculous (and unsafe!) things I did as a teen, but the one thing they still don't know about is the Chinese Fire Drill we played with their car! For those who don't know what this is, it involves stopping the car along a main road and having everyone jump out and switch places, including the driver. We even had underage friends with no licence participate! We were nuts!

There's nothing I do now that's too strange. Like some of you, I can be lazy and let my kids have the occasional wacky meal, or go unwashed at bedtime etc. I will also read a juicy novel while they make their own fun nearby - I tell myself they are learning about independent play and using their imaginations! (well, they ARE! ;) ).

Oh ... I do like to cut all my food up into bite-size pieces before I start to eat! :rotfl2:

Yikes, I thought of another one. I can eat a whole sleeve of Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. Thank goodness they only sell those things once a year!

I "confess" that I not only dreaded becoming a dad, I hated the very thought of it.

Now that I have my daughters, they are THE GREATEST thing in my life!

I applaud you for being honest. A lot of people felt or feel this way and have are ashamed to say it. I for one felt this way while pregnant with DD(7) It was not until I was getting ready to deliver her when my heart basically melted. Now my DD is one of the greatest things that has ever happend to me.
