An employee of a Wal Mart in NY was trampled to death by customers who broke down the doors and rushed in the store. A 34 year old employee of Wal Mart was knocked down and trampled to death by shoppers. Also several of the shoppers were injured and 1 pregnant woman was taken to the hospital for observation.

This is getting crazy. They need to stop this stuff.

Actually, I think we need black friday this year more than any other year....with the economy and all that. What they do need to fix is the way stores operate things because people getting killed over this just isn't right.

I really hope these stores look at these incidents and change there minds about doing this next year. I doubt they will because everyone is all about the all mighty dollar.

They definitely need to change the way the stores do Black Friday.

ETA - I think I should fix my explanation. What I mean is like have the people line up, and only let a certain amount of people in at a time. When one person leaves, another is free to go in. Yeah, we'll be controlled like cattle, but when you stampede and trample like cattle, you need to be treated like cattle.

Malls are a lot better. I worked at the mall this morning at 6 and people were pretty civilized. The Apple Store was crazy busy though.
