They gave me the wrong room

Hi,

Yesterday I went to buy a Space Ship Room, I've been saving credits for it a long time. The room showing in the window was the Space Ship one, I named it "Cat's Space Port" (because all my rooms have Cat in them) but when I went into it, it was the Western Room. I don't want that one. I sent them an email right away and explained asking them to please change it to the Space Room or take it away and return the credits so I could get the correct room. I've heard nothing from Disney. I sent a second email today. Still have heard nothing.

I've had the trouble in the past where I click on one room and they send me to a different one, but that wasn't a big deal; but buy one and being gaven the wrong one is a big deal.

On another list, someone said to email them for a problem over a "help message", but the email isn't working.

Hey,

Today they finally gave me the space room I bought last week, and it only took 5 emails.

I expected them to take back the western room which I didn't want, but they left it there.

BTW, when they sent me the email telling me they were adding the room to my inventory, I sent them a thank you note, and they sent back a rude reply; but I'm happy.
