They dont know what Pin I have?

I called WDW today to price a vacation the last week of July. We went in March and have a week booked in Dec but decided it might be fun to also make it a last vacation before school starts back up. I was asking prices and packages, etc and I asked if she could let me know if there was a pin attached to my name. She was happy to help, I waited about 4 min and she came back on and said yes there was. She seemed as she was waiting for it to come up, she said she could see that it had to be booked by May 26th then put me on hold again. 10 min later she came back on and said this is a brand new pin, she had no details on it, it wouldnt finish loading but said it will be to me by the end of the week, if not call back Monday. Ahhhh the suspense. Anyone else have this happen? Do you think I will really have a pin? Oh, I hope so, Im already going Disney crazy.

I would probably call back and see if another CM could help. The suspense would drive me crazy!

We are gradually putting the pieces together as we each get little bits of information! I was told today to call back tomorrow and that the emails should be going out tomorrow.

I called again today, since nothing had came in an email or mail. The lady informed me she didnt know why the previous CM couldnt pull it up, but said it was a room inly discount for 30% off moderates. Some dates from Oct to dec 24th. The previous CM I talked to said it would be good for the dates I was looking at. (Late July/early Aug). What a bummer.
