They CANCELLED "Invasion" !!?? .....

Kind of, but not really OT, can someone tell me that happened in the last 16 minutes of Invasion? My TIVO locked up, and the ABC website doesn't really tell.

Well the last 16 minutes were fantastic...I wish I had saved it and dont have time (on my lunch right now) to give details but try this site..

Shaun Cassidy has produced two really interesting programs now that are cancelled after one season: first American Gothic and now Invasion. I wish he could find a network that would cater to his particular storytelling. What a loss - we'll probably be stuck with yet more reality programming.

I was surprised (before I became annoyed) by this announcement - TV Guide even wrote up "spoilers" for next year in an issue two weeks ago. What's up with that.

So now who's going to answer some of my burning questions ie: Would Larken have "come back" pregnant???? If so, would the baby have been an equal swap out too, or something different????? Does the government KNOW what's going on? What's up with the teacher? Was she an alien? Will Larken's brother (his name escapes me at the moment) hook up with her - regardless if she's an alien or not? Or, because she is human and dieing and he falls in love with her - will he help make her an alien?????

Does the government KNOW what's going on?

The show was cancelled last minute, that is why it ended like it did, they didn't know. And they have said that is was one of the most expensive shows to do and that may be why it was cancelled.

The government knew about the aliens, they were experimenting on the ones who were on the Hurricane Plane from the first episode, they just didn't know the "lights" were coming back and what Zura was up to.

We LOVE Invasion! If they planned on cancelling the show then they should have wrapped it all up and made it a SERIES finale instead of a SEASON finale. They just left too many loose ends. I guess I am just supposed to imagine what Russell did to Tom when he findsout what happened to Larkin, I guess I am just supposed to imagine what happens to the people of Homestead now that more people are aliens, I AM SOOOOOO MAD!!!!

Maybe they will bring it back midseason....
