They are closing Alien Encounter 2 put in Stitch?!?

We thought AE was really only scary the first time, although we did hit that attraction on our visits. We are looking forward to the Stitch attraction.

Last time I was there (end of January), Mickey's Star Traders was also closed, and had moved some of the merchandise into a makeshift Mickey's Star Traders in the lobby of the Timekeeper (Timekeeper was closed). I talked to a castmember in there, and she said that they were changing Mickey's Star Traders to become the exit for the new Stitch attraction, and that Merchant of Venus wouldn't be the exit anymore. She claimed that Mickey's Star Traders might open up again in March or April, and then the Stitch attraction later on in the year. She did say that we would still be able to see Mickey's Star Traders from the Tomorrowland Transit Authority ride when the new Mickey's Star Traders is complete, that they weren't changing that.

I wonder what kind of attraction Stitch would be? It seems they stick with the 'sit down in a circular room' theme for everything that goes in there...
