I had a scare today with WDW Travel. We had added a day onto our vacation. We weren't able to add it to our package as there was no availablility at the Poly for the arrival date, so we kept our package date and did a room only for the arrival date. I called to pay for the one day room and the CM said "are you going to pay off the package today?" I told her no that it wasn't due until August 8th and it would be paid off by then. She then stated that it was due today and if I didn't pay the $3,000 today then it would be cancelled. We went round and round...I was looking at the invoice that WDW sent me and it clearly stated August 8th as the due date. She kept saying that today was 45 days out from our arrival 9/22. Obviously it doesn't take a genius to realize that today is not nearly 45 days out from 9/22. I had to speak to a supervisor to get the problem resolved.
