There's no time to slumber we're going back in November! we came we saw and started a TR for it all!

Sunday Disney day! That's fun!

Yes i am excited to do these!

Yeah, well.....D is kinda skipping over our trip. I think its because it is the first to fall off if the financing doesn't come through?? She just doesn't want to jinx it :) I might.....MIGHT do a PTR of my own. But not for a while. I just don't have enough to talk about this far ahead!

maybe.. i think you should!!!! what do you mean there isn't anything to talk about?!?! have you seen me shut up yet?!?! there are ALWAYS things to talk about.

I think DD13 is going to make her own autograph book. I'm not sure what DS9 will do. I'll probably buy one for the baby or just keep using the one I've been using since 2009. :lmao:

We still have ours from 2010!!! the same ol blue ones everyone has.. I don't know which way we will make these yet.. either buy the book and decorate or have them printed by walgreens?!?! I have no idea.

I'd like to hear about shirts you plan to make. I'm looking for inspiration!

Of course i will post what we make!!! i also have to keep in mind they some will be christmas themed!!! gah. I want the trip to come.. But i am not looking forward to hitting up Christmas already!

I will be making my older kids a folder of Disney activities that I've found clicking through Pinterest. It will just be printed activities (word searches, jumbles, trivia, etc.). It will help them with the rest stops the most -- they can work on them while I stretch my legs and just RELAX from the stress of driving the interstate.

ohh I did that! I made binders for each of them it was a LOT of fun to make!! If you want i can send you what i did for ideas?!?!

Be sure to let me know if you do start a PTR! I'm totally in! :woohoo:

we need to push her into it...

I just printed out the CUTEST paper chains I found on Pinterest. The blog is called the purple pumpkin. She has classic characters, princesses and villains. I'll have to find a picture

are you kidding?!?!

I JUST LOVE THESE!!! AND perfect!!! soooooooooo going to print these out!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING!!!
I have to have that villains set!:banana::banana:

Aren't they fantastic?!?

they're even cuter when you print them out. I'm totally in love with them!

I will let you know as soon as i have a chance here i am going to print them out! YAY! First Disney activity for Sunday! Thank you!!

Disney Sundays sound awesome!!!

Yes! Tom works Sunday for his security job and we are always looking to do fun things. Figured this would be our Disney day!

The Disney Blog posted these adorable count down numbers to be printed out and put on a home made board. It's just numbers 0-9 so if you did it you'd have to wait a while. I really want to design a few myself and print those, but the blog was the inspiration.

i will look into these too!!! THANKS!

We haven't done any crafty stuff for our trips, mostly cause until recently we just went! But I stalkmPinterest and various blog for future ideas to do with DD. I can't wait to see how your crafting turns out; I love that kind of stuff!

Me too.. I wanted to do them for the last trip BUT didn't want to clue the kids in... This year im free to talk and do stuff with the kids!

Hahaha... Stevie is so naughty!

He is a character.. totally acts like a dog!

:woohoo: for new furniture! I' know you've wanted new stuff for a long time! ::yes::

finally! FINALLY! new furniture!!! 3 more days!!!!

And a Disney movie day... Mmmm... I could cuddle up right now. LOL

you and me both. I would much rather be at home then here at work today.

Sounds like you have enough stuff to do on every Sunday... LOL 12 books? You must be driving? LOL

yep driving again... Yes 12 book 4 for each kid!!! I need stuff now... must go craft shopping.

And those paper chains are so cute! That's a cool activity! :)

I LOVE THOSE!!!

Have a great day! Love you - miss you!

D~

Love and miss you too!!! Our trip is getting CLOSER!!! YAY!

We didn't see anyone else up there taking pictures. I seriously doubt this is a sought after spot.

THIS. is the best information ever!!!! YAY ALL MINE!!!!

I read this weekend that breakfast is just a trial till mid June. I do hope they keep it because I saw that they have waffles on the menu!

oh... i do hope they keep it open for breakfast. I saw the waffles!!!! YUM! I do need to hit up Sleepy hallow this trip! thanks for the reminder!

Yuck on the snow, I certainly don't miss that nasty stuff. :crazy2:

it's still flipping snowing..

Silly Stevie! I can't wait to see the rest of the videos. We got four rabbits in at the shelter on Saturday and it's not even Easter yet. And of course they are harder to adopt out than dogs and cats because most people don't head to an animal shelter to adopt a rabbit.

oh no... the poor bunnies!!! I would take one home in a minute.. IF i didn't already have this nut. He is wacky!

Speaking of Stevie AKA Stink..

Stink 1
Cannto wait for the new furniture!

Zack running from the attack

He is a lose cannon...

Stevie is like a dog now.. When i come home he comes out of hiding to greet me. Follows me around until i give him attention. tried to jump on the couch to be played with.. Begs worse then any of my dogs. Of course i cave in and let him have whatever we are having.. I am part of the problem..

Stevie acts like a dog because he was raised with them! He doesn't know any different. :rotfl:

Loved the videos on this crazy morning. All of our departments have their 2016 preliminary budgets (our fiscal year starts on 10/1) due to me by Friday and I'm getting the panicked last minute stupid questions today. They've only had the whole month of March to work on them!

I love all the activities. We were going to make custom autograph books. I had read an idea of using those Golden childrens books to get the characters out of and then cut and paste. We searched for them and found plenty, the problem was that the thrift stores wanted $1/book. It was just too expensive, but I always thought that if I found them at yard sales, I would start buying them up.

Since we aren't doing anything for Spring Break (I am working), I bought Big Hero 6 and Tinkerbell and the Neverbeast. We had seen Big Hero 6 before, so I worked while they watched that one. That Tinkerbell movie had us all tearing up.

I hope the snows clears quickly and you have a great day.

Oh my goodness, those paper chains are adorable! My phone countdown tells me that I would need 194 loops though, so I'm not quite sure I'm ready for paper chains yet! Perhaps nearer the time!

I love the idea of making your own autograph books, I might have to do that this year as a gift for a friend of mine. She's too sick to ever travel that far, but she loves the princesses and all things Disney. I might have to make one for her and get it signed when we go!

I can't wait to hear more of your plans! :)

Oh, I love Disney Funday Sunday! What a great idea for your family! :goodvibes

I need to make some paper chains, and string them all over my desk at work. My manager would die. :bitelip:

Them ferrets... So cute! :cutie:

Hi! and :welcome:

So glad to have you along for the ride!!! CONGRATS ON A BABY BOY!!! Yes last year was LOTS OF FUN you will love everything AoA. Especially the Lion King rooms.. we adored every minute there. So much so we are going back! To cars this time. Boys choice.
YES our dates are going to stay exactly they way they are!!! so i will see you there!!!!
Are you going to request a room closer to LM rooms to be closer to your family?
Looking forward to hearing your plans! I hope we will bump into each other!!!

Sorry for the delay here! Work has gotten a little crazy over the last couple of weeks!

Thank you so much for the congrats! We are so in love with this little guy.... as Pooh Bear would say, "Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart."

I can't wait to be at AoA!! So far I have only gotten so close as driving past it on Disney transportation, and even from there, it looks incredible. Yes, we will definitely request a room closer to the LM rooms, so that we'll be a little closer to my parents. Even if it does mean more walking! We have 6 day park tickets booked, but as of now are only planning 5 days in the parks. The extra day is a buffer in case the baby has a meltdown or something. So that will be 2 days in MK, and one each at the other parks. One resort day in the middle for pool, etc. My Dad will probably go golfing that day... he's excited about it! We aren't doing park hoppers, and have found we prefer to dedicate our days to individual parks. It's just what works for us.

I hope we bump in to each other too! How fun would that be?! :yay:

Also, kudos to your kids for being such good kids, and to you and your hubby for raising them that way! I remember it was tough dealing with girl drama growing up, and I think kids have to deal with all of that earlier and more often than we did as kids.... sigh...

Those paper chains are so cute

I'm excited to print them out.

Stevie acts like a dog because he was raised with them! He doesn't know any different. :rotfl:

Your right on that..He just crack me up.. he is going to be SO MAD when the new furniture comes!!!

Loved the videos on this crazy morning. All of our departments have their 2016 preliminary budgets (our fiscal year starts on 10/1) due to me by Friday and I'm getting the panicked last minute stupid questions today. They've only had the whole month of March to work on them!

glad you enjoyed them! I haven't posted anything about him in a long time. Thought is was LONG over due!

Please do! I could use all the inspiration I can get! ::yes::

Need your emai? I don't think i can post a file on here?!?!

I read that too.. I don't think i could tear apart a golden book. I am on he look out for the spiral books.. I dunno I really need to research this..

Since we aren't doing anything for Spring Break (I am working), I bought Big Hero 6 and Tinkerbell and the Neverbeast. We had seen Big Hero 6 before, so I worked while they watched that one. That Tinkerbell movie had us all tearing up.

OMG we watch that blasted fairy movie! I cried like a BABY! I am not even a fan of the new tinkerbell movies.. The beast had me intrigued, so i bought it!

I hope the snows clears quickly and you have a great day.

It's a balmy 40 today. the snow is slowly melting away! I hope it stays away this time!!!

Oh my goodness, those paper chains are adorable! My phone countdown tells me that I would need 194 loops though, so I'm not quite sure I'm ready for paper chains yet! Perhaps nearer the time!

Yep i understand we have 234.. this would be a LOT of chains.. across my entire house!

I love the idea of making your own autograph books, I might have to do that this year as a gift for a friend of mine. She's too sick to ever travel that far, but she loves the princesses and all things Disney. I might have to make one for her and get it signed when we go!

What a great idea!!! Also i believe the characters would be more entertaining if they had their own page?!?!

I can't wait to hear more of your plans! :)

Coming right up!

Oh, I love Disney Funday Sunday! What a great idea for your family! :goodvibes
I need to make some paper chains, and string them all over my desk at work. My manager would die. :bitelip:
Them ferrets... So cute! :cutie:

thanks! it will be a lot of fun once i get it started!!! you need to make the chains for your desk.. that would be FUNNY!
Love this little squirt.

Sorry for the delay here! Work has gotten a little crazy over the last couple of weeks!

happens.. Work is a PITA!

Thank you so much for the congrats! We are so in love with this little guy.... as Pooh Bear would say, "Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart."

No kidding.. How sweet is your little guy? just takes your entire life over in the best way! you have a epic adventure in store for you - you will love every moment even the bad ones are the best!

I can't wait to be at AoA!! So far I have only gotten so close as driving past it on Disney transportation, and even from there, it looks incredible.

YOUR GUNNA LOVE AoA! honest to goodness love everything there..

Yes, we will definitely request a room closer to the LM rooms, so that we'll be a little closer to my parents. Even if it does mean more walking! Yep it will be a little bit of a walk. i am sure you will be ok. nothing you would walk in a park! I do like your plans. I love you will take a day just to enjoy the resort. it does deserve a day in itself!!!
Hope you dad enjoys the golfing.. i hear people do love it?!?!

I hope we bump in to each other too! How fun would that be?! :yay:

I do too.. Let me know if any of my days overlap in your plans?!?!

Also, kudos to your kids for being such good kids, and to you and your hubby for raising them that way! I remember it was tough dealing with girl drama growing up, and I think kids have to deal with all of that earlier and more often than we did as kids.... sigh...

thank you so much. Means a lot to me. Yes i do remember girl drama too around this same age. Worse as it got older.
One quick story. I remember one girl in the class was being harassed I didn't think it was as bad as it was. We all were called in to the office to talk. This poor girl was given a bar of soap in her desk amongst other things. Find out the teacher was the one who put the bar of soap in her desk!!!
Crazy stupid..

I guess it's time to go on to our next day plans!!! YAY!

sorry for the delay. received a call from school matt threw up during church.. apparently nutella for breakfast along with the host and wine at mass didn't mix well.... I had the talk about NOT drinking the wine at mass.. im not into people drinking from the same cup.. so we are home.. he's on the couch watching TV surrounded by every stitch known to man...

i wanna talk DISNEY!!!!

November 17

Yes! Our Animal Kingdom day!!

projected crowd level 1 <--- did you read that??? A ONE a crowd level of O-N-E!! UNO! 1
we will be having our breakfast here:

have some fun with this guy again!

Fp? really with a crowd level of 1 i doubt we will need it. Yet i will go for the Safari- FOLK- rapids if it isn't cold

our do-over

Hope for a better M&G with Rafiki!

east my weight in Jalapeno pretzels

ride EE as many times as Zack can handle!!! HA

Try to find Divine (sp) i haven't seen her since 2010!!

Any suggestions? do you know what new will be open in November?!

and will be our now and then:

2010

missed from 2011

2014

Nothing from 2011
but 2014:

since AK isn't a full day and knowing it's a crowd Level of one i am sure we can get everything we need done fairly quickly we will be out of here early to go and hit up

DTD!
SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope to find the Blvd of broken Dreams.
the new dog store
hit up Harley for a new picture
ANYTHING else i hope to be open!!!

make it an early night!

I know it's boring when i write this out.. I promise the Trip report will have tons of shenanigans!

LOVE Tusker House for Breakfast! Eat me some Mealie Pap...but wait you are from up north...do you do grits? LOL? Because Mealie Pap is just glorified cheese grits. But oh so YUMMY!

Wait, a new dog store at DTD? how did I miss this? Where can I find pictures?

I friend told me that she has a shopping list for me at Once Upon a Toy...right now it looks like I need to get 3 regular boxes of Mr Potato head pieces and one large box. These things are a challenge to me!I actually enjoy packing.

And wow a crowd level of 1! AWESOME!

And what happened to photos on our 2011 trip...slacking that year?

I haven't tried Tusker House for breakfast but lunch was wonderful! I usually can't eat a large breakfast (darn stomach issues) so I'm not sure I'll ever make it there.

As far as I know, none of the new stuff will be open till sometime in 2017. But everything you have planned sounds wonderful. I do know they keep changing around the character meets (Tarzan was meeting at one point this spring) so who knows who will be out and about by November.

I love hitting up DTD after AK! Since AK closes so early it's the ideal time to head there.

OK, let's talk about the dog store at DTD. Hate to disappoint you but it's pretty pathetic. NOTHING Disney, mainly stuff you can buy at any pet store but with jacked up prices. It's kind of tucked in next to Fun Finds. Here's a picture I took in February.

Okay finally all caught up!

Girl drama???? WTH! They are too damn young to be dealing with that crap! And it really sounds so if the mom is a huge instigator of the whole thing!

Anyways... Love all the pictures from the Museum! Sucks that you didn't have your camera, but you got some great pics!

Love your day plans for EPCOT and MK!!!! Some must-do's we had as well! But you can read all about that in my TR!

CROWD LEVEL 1?!?! :scared1: That's amazeballs!!!

Love love love Animal Kingdom. Am I the only person who can easily spend a full day there? :confused3

I loved Tusker House for breakfast on my last trip. Going to try it for dinner in December, and thrilled they have added the characters to it! :goodvibes

The "Now and Then" photos are GREAT! :cutie:

SHOPPING!!! YAAAASSSSS!!! :thumbsup2

Not to. Just your bubble, but I bet it won't stay such a low crowd level. If they offer free dining, people will start booking like crazy. The crowds always change. But starting at a 1.....well I think you'll still be all set :)

We are gonna try Tusker for breakfast for the first time too! Very excited for that :)

I hope Matt feels better soon! Nuttella is the breakfast of champions...It can't have been that it must've been the wine! ;)

Tusker House is on my list for our trip this year too, we never got to try it last time and the food always looks so delicious! Most of our do-overs (or just do-for-the-first-times) are AK-related as we only got a half day there last trip (I can't believe it either! Blame the sunstroke I got during that 1/2 day :S ).

Wine, wafer, and Nutella....cant blame the poor kid for getting sick! I'm not catholic but my DH is. He won't drink the wine at church either. Im just glad we have the tiny individual cups at my church.

I love that ecard! It's so true, isn't it? DH was trying to talk to me when I was making a playlist for our cruise and then complained when I didn't answer--really? The man has lost his mind!

A crowd level of ONE? I'm planning my next trip whenever you go again. You bring some awesome pixie dusted luck with you!

Tusker house? Sigh....Love it!

Those then and now pics are too adorable! What a fun way to see how they've grown

Poor Matt, I hope Stitch helped his belly settle quickly.

AK plans look good!

I love all your photo traditions. It's gonna be a lot of fun in 10 years to see them all side by side.

I don't know what will be finished in AK by November, maybe Rivers of Light (I think that's what the night time show is being called)? That'd be exciting!

Where do you get your crowd levels? I'm a bad Disney planner and haven't really looked for our trip; we decided based on EMH and ADRs!

I love DTD! I bet a good bit of the new Springs concept will be complete by Novemeber, and those plans look so lovely! Plus it'll be nice to not have all those walls up. We visited DTD in May for a quick lunch and some shopping and the walls made everything feel so tight. It was unpleasant, to say the least.

A crowd level of 1, seriously? How awesome is that? :woohoo: SCORE!

Your day sounds awesome - starting off with our very favorite TH! Life is best when you start your AK day out there.

Lots of Safari and lots of EE... After that - everything else is gravy. It's gonna be a great day for sure!

Then off to DTD... Love DTD - so much fun! Looks like Ariana gave you good directions to Happy Hound. :thumbsup2

And, of course- love the Now n' Thens... So cute!!! Little midgets are adorable! Swoon! :lovestruc

D~

You might have said this already, and I apologize if I missed it, but what site do you usually use for crowd forecasts? Awesome to hear a 1 crowd level!

Looks like we will be in some of the same places!
We are planning on HS on Sunday 11/15, MK for Monday 11/16, and AK for Tuesday 11/17! :flower1: And now knowing that our AK day has a predicted crowd level of ONE!!!!! How awesome!:flower1:
We are planning on exploring the resort and just relaxing on our arrival day (Saturday 11/14). Wednesday 11/18 will be our day off, then Thursday 11/19 is Epcot and Friday 11/20 MK!

So I'm sure we can find a time to meet up! Woohoo! My first Dismeet!

:dogdance:

Hope Matt is feeling better!!
