. . . the Red Sox just sucked for all these years.

That's what I overheard a coworker telling a fellow coworker (& diehard Red Sox fan) first thing this morning!

If the Red Sox had just plain sucked over the years, there wouldn't have been so much talk of a curse. The thing with the Red Sox is they've had excellent teams with great opportunities to win it all. Circumstances just haven't worked out until now.

For all the Red Sox fans sake, I hope they don't go another 86 years before their next championship.

I'm a Mets fan so I want to thank to the Sox for humbling the big kid in town. Congrats to all.
