There used to be a Mickeys Kitchen I think ??

It used to be in Beuna Vista village , can you tell I havent been for years & years. Has it gone now its all changed. Does anyone remmeber it or have any photos of it. I am reminicsing at the moment. I will need to find another forum to put why.

Yes, I remember it well. It has been moved to the Contemporary and is now called Chef Mickey's!!!

I believe what used to be Mickey's Kitchen is now the Gourmet Shoppe at the Disney Marketplace. It was a table service place I believe, and I don't remember any characters... We ate there at least once, but I don't recall it being a stand out place.

It wasnt really that great. Just had a great time there with the family. I miss the old Beuna Vista village retsaurants & shops. Its just knowing i may take my little girl there one day and all the things I saw as little girl have gone

I know exactly what you mean and agree... One of my clearest memories is going to the Top of the World for a breakfast buffet with my family - we always had some extended family on trips. My girls will never know how cool it was to do that and catch the monorail to MK.

I remember the Gourment Pantry as well, it used to have tables outside and you could pick up a sandwich or a good salad and eat it outside at the tables. They have a bakery shop there too, great cookies..It used to be our first day lunch place there years ago....

It was closed in September when we went I think they are changing it to something else...I am hoping it is reopened this weekend when we go.

I hope someday you can bring your daughter over to visit too..WDW is such a great place...

Blueberry was that the one with the amazing deli counter. Lots of mickey kitchen gadgets tableware flatware & gifts???? I cant wait to see my kids eyes and faces when I take them. (have to have the 2nd baby1st!!!)It will be like seeing myself as a kid. It will be the most precious gift to me & them.

The Gourmet Kitchen is long gone, but The Earl of Sandwich is now open, and very good, good prices too. The candy counter is accessable through the new restaurant.
