There is hope! Just got plane tx-APR Break for $499 (for 2 rt)at a northeast airport!

Now I thought THAT was impossible! I was just scheming some way to get to Disney either by land, air, train, etc.. to get there in April over Spring Break week (April 16-24 for us) for my daughter and I and I managed to find two round trip tickets for $499 altogether! That is with taxes, fees, everything!!! I nearly fainted when I booked that flight! All the other flights I found were nearly 800 for two people, certianly nothing as low as the 499 i found! I was even considering flying out of Canada (Ottawa is less than two hours from my house and that was going to be $650 or so), but then I found this flight. I am so happy right now! Got the room, got the plane tickets, now I just need to buy AP's after Jan 2 and get the discount and we will be all set to go!!! It is amazing what you can find when you check out some of the smaller airports. I was pretty disappointed initally today because I had planned on taking southwest and when they came out with their fares today, the only one available was the highest one, which would have put us at nearly 800 for the two of us. I finally get to use my DVC! Needless to say I am sooooooo happy today!!!!!

$500.00 for two of you during April break from the northeast is great. You can't be talking about flying out of Albany then. We booked Southwest on Thursday, the day they came out and they were already higher than that.

We are actually flying out of Binghamton on Delta Airlines, our flight down has two connections and the one back from Orlando has one. I had been waiting for the Southwest fares to come out from Albany, so I did kind of lose hope when I saw only the most expensive fares available from them. They still aren't that bad though. I'm happy to be going again to Disney and now I really need to get going with the planning!!
