There is a room with "dis" in its title in vmk

Apparently there is a birthday party going on there.

I am sorry if it is someone from here and if I spoiled things for them because I went in and told them it's against the values.

And at that moment I got booted.

Dis stands for Disney as well.
As long as you are not pointing them to the website, others would not know what dis meant.

This was a birthday party for my friend who has the word dis in her title. As in a shortened version of the word "Disney". She also happens to be a member here (as well as several other forums). The person throwing the party knew she would miss Dis' birthday party since VMK is closing before we would be able to celebrate it with her and wanted to to do something special for our friend.

You were probably booted for two reasons.
1-The room was only open to players who knew Dis, but were not necessarily on the room owner's friends list.
2- You coming in the room and saying immediately that the room was against VMK values. The room was not referring to this forum, but to the shortened name we use for our friend. You should have asked instead of jumping to conclusions.

There are MANY rooms with 'dis' in the title, one of them being my own "Dis Prize Room". There is nothing wrong with it, it is not against the values.
