Themed Night on 7 Day Cruise

We are planning for a 7 night Eastern Caribbean cruise out of PC on 8/20. From what I understand some 7-day and more cruises have a themed night. How do we find out if our cruise has a themed night, what the theme will be, and which night it would be?

Unless you are on a specialty cruise, the normal 7 night cruises out of PC will just have pirate night.
