Was just wandering if anyone could tell me how long theme park tickets direct usually take in sending out tickets? We ordered our disney tickets with them on 31st july but have not received them yet, I am thinking it's because we don't travel until jan 07 but with it being the disney tickets I'm really eager for them to arrive.

Ours only took about 2 weeks as stated on the website,i would drop them a line or phone them as I'm sure you should have received them by now
SD :thumbsup2

Thanks we gave them a call yesterday, was told we may not get them for a month or two as we don't travel until jan 07, said they are very busy at the moment getting the rest of this years tickets out. Just hoping they come quicker than they said as I'd really like to know we have them. :bitelip:

Maybe they're going to send out the new design of tickets after the price hike?

We ordered our tickets 4 months in advance and they came within a week!

just be aware that when we just there last week tryed to upgrade our tickets from them at disney.to non expiry. We found it hard to do as disney tell you they dont upgrade UK tickets.
We were at guest services for over an hour at MK to get this done we had 7 day park hopper plus, had several mangers over and they went to attracions web site to which they stated THAT AINT RIGHT THEY WILL BE GETTING E_MAIL FROM HEAD OFFICE.
When we did get it upgraded as it stated disney would do it on the site. They said disney do not like to let custermers down.It cot $95 plus tax for each ticket
SIL had more trouble as she tryed to upradge at epcot they wouldent do it there she had to go to MK to do it
Paulh

just read OP and they used a differnt ticket outlet but you will have the same problem if it states UK ticket on the back

We've also ordered before the July31 date to get the deal & was called to say that they have not received the 2007 tix from Disney, but hoped to get them within a few weeks. I'm going to e-mail them later as we've already paid the credit card bill & I'm a bit antsy about it now!

Know what you mean we have paid for ours as well, it's just a little worrying not having them when they cost so much money, oh well just keeping my fingers crossed they come soon. Not too worried about the expiry as we've purchased the 14 days unlimited and know these work out good value for us. :scared:

Paulh that's news I was always under the impression that there would be no problem upgrading,it's not as if we are getting them cheaper here! We actually bought our 7 day passes from Ticketmania as it worked out cheaper at the time.I don't see that it should make any difference to them where the tickets were bought?!

Ours took about three weeks to arrive after ordering first week in August, although they are for first use in 2006. We have used TPTD a few times without problems.
We tried to upgrade our tickets at MGM studios last year, and were told they wouldn't upgrade UK tickets to non expiring. I had presumed that this was because we were using the 14 day ultimates, which I think may be specific to the UK. We have got 7 day premium tickets for this October which I'd thought we would be able to upgrade :confused3
