Theme park tickets direct UK

We have always used Theme Park Tickets direct for our tickets. They have always came on time and were real tickets, not vouchers. I would recommend them.

As Libby says you can't go on a companies history, you need to read current reviews. I have seen this pattern before with tickets sellers they seem to do well then when they get into problems, ticket despatch gets nearer and nearer to deparure dates some not turning up on time and eventually fold, I think their website quotes they deliver 2 week before travel but its not happening for some.
Not saying this is happening with this company but the recent threads I have read are following this pattern.
Problem is if they are having problems threads like these don't help the company, all I can say is if you use them pay with a credit card for some protection, hopefully not needed and they delivery on time for anyone who has tickets booked with them.

Thankfully I have not had a ticket company fold on me but I have a hotel company, I highly recommended great4hotels, I was staying in Regal Sun Resort last August for £25/night booked with them when I read threads saying they had folded, I went to see the manager and luckily they had already paid my account.

We used themepark tickets direct last year for our port aventura tickets. They asked for our date of departure and i told them a month earlier than it actually was. Just as well i did as the tickets arrived on the day they thought i was actually flying and that was after several phone calls to them. If i hadn't of chased them uo who knows when they would have come. Once they arrived it was great as they were proper tickets and not vouchers but it was very stressful waiting for them.
