Has anyone ever used this company.

They appear to be the cheapest for 21 day ultimates at the moment..and are offering real tickets with recorded delivery. I am buying 5 adult and 1 child tickets.....and am hesitating but know I have to get them sometime....we go in July.

Personally I would pay an extra £5pp and buy direct from Disney.co.uk or in a Disney store close to you.
Kenny has removed them from his list this week as I found a few threads on other forums complaining about them, tickets not arriving in time. He took the decision to remove them until we start hearing good reviews again.

Thankyou for responding.........if I order from Disney UK online will they be proper tickets or a voucher

and are they tickets or vouchers if you buy them from a Disney UK store

I'll be glad when they're boight.....I'm going round in circles......been 'researching' since 2.30pm

I have no idea, someone posts who works there so hopefully she will reply ( forgotten who it is:blush:)

I know if you book a package with Disney.co.uk you get vouchers and they add then to your KTTW when you check in, I expect its still vouchers if bought online but not sure instore.
Personally if buying ticket only I prefer to collect there, we enjoying going to DTD on our 1st night and collecting them.

i bought our ultimate 14 day tickets from Attraction tickets direct & got a good deal.

i think if you buy from Disney on-line you get a voucher but if you ring them they send actual tickets. If you are thinking about getting them from your local Disney shop, ring them first to see if they have them in stock. When I bought ours in March it was a 2 to 3 week wait for them to come in to the shop.

and you can always swing by Goofy's Candy on the way through, seeing as you are already there .... :rolleyes1

We will have 63 snack credits to use this next trip.:cloud9:

Is that 2 weeks on the regular? Mine looks slightly more daunting: 56 snack credits for me and and 8 year old. That's what you get for the QSDP. Luckily we are going during the IFWF to help spend some, but the 6 TS ressies OOP don't help to knock down the quota either!

We have used Theme Park Tickets Direct UK for all of our tickets for WDW and also for Universal.

We had no problem with them - we were initially meant to go in 2008 but due to illness, we were unable to go. TPTD transferred our tickets to the 2009 tickets.

They sent the actual tickets to us. But we did order way in advance. Cant remember how long it took for us to receive them....

We used them in 2007 and got real tickets (Disney and Universal) within days of ordering them (ordered them on the phone as we were leaving within 2 weeks).

However Kenny's removal of them from the ticket prices thread would point at some worrying trends of late so I'd go with people like Wayne's advice and try and get them from the Disney Store (the price difference was much more than £5 p/p when we used them!) :)

:goodvibes

We just bought via quidco, and got 6% (I think it was anyway) back, making the 14 day tickets we bought cheaper than anywhere else. The down side though is that we had to buy them from Disney.co.uk, and therefore we'll get vouchers and not real tickets... but it was the cheapest deal for us!

I bought my tickets last summer from our local Disney store and they were proper tickets.

They weren't the cheapest but after, luckily, getting away with receiving tickets from a company that then folded on our previous tripI didn't want to take any chances.

Just dropped again unfortunately, only 2% for tix and 3% for hotel & tix.

Oh that's a shame, thought it was a good saving for anyone still to buy.... happily, and very unusually for us, we bought when it was higher a week or so ago... just checked, when we ordered them it was 4% for tickets...

Oh, just found out (as far as I can tell anyway), think we can go and exchange the vouchers when we get there for tickets at DTD guest relations, saves us queueing up when we should be riding the rides!

We got our 21 day tix from Virgin, and they price matched for us.

We were a bit hesitant about buying from somewhere we hadn't used before but when we rung and asked Virgin they were more expensive but rung us back within 3 minutes and offered to price match

Hope this helps someone

We have always used Theme Park Tickets direct for our tickets. They have always came on time and were real tickets, not vouchers. I would recommend them.

I would have said exactly the same about the company I used, but other people who used them after me started to have problems and then within weeks they stopped trading.

I think thats why threads like this are good for everyone.
Although it is good to read of peoples positive experiences it is more important that those with more recent negative experiences get to voice their concerns for the sake of everyone.
All of us can then make a informed decision based on the facts as they are now
