Theme Park Tickets Direct dropped prices!!!

We used this firm to get our tickets for our last trip. They were really good. The tickets arrived months before we flew so I wasn't panicking that they wouldn't arrive at the last minute!
 

Wayneg did you get the Eticket?, did you find it easy and simple to exchange :confused:

are they a decent firm to use then? its amazing the price difference between a firm like them and getting them from the travel agents! we're just looking to buy ours now but trying to find the best price-more we save on tickets, more money to spend at the parks! :woohoo:

We find them very very easy to exchange as we visit Downtown Disney most evenings for pin trading, shopping, ice cream etc. so just nip into Guest relations hand over voucher and they give you ticket took about 1 minute from entering to leaving. The last one we did was Xmas-New year when it was about as busy as it gets and we still did not have to queue.
 
I agree - we used Theme Park Tickets Direct for our trip last October - very attractively priced tickets and excellent, fast service as well! ;)
 
We used Attraction Tickets Direct, they price match, don't charge for Credit cards and send tickets straight away, free postage.

This does look like a very good deal.
I just wanted to check. Are the tickets from Theme Park Tickets Direct 'real' tickets, ie not a voucher that you have to exchange for tickets?
 
We used an e-ticket company last year for a last minute trip and although it should have been easy to swap for an actual ticket it wasn't because I had made a mistake with dates when ordering.

However, Disney being Disney when they couldn't find the "order" on their system at Epcot front gate they gave us a free ticket to get in that evening so we could sort it next day and gave us a phone number to use.

As we passed CS while in Epcot I decided to go in and see if we could sort it out that evening and again the CM's couldn't find our order on their system despite trying all sorts and my daughter got quite upset. Seeing this the CM gave us a VIP fast pass for Soarin' and another free ticket for the next day so we didn't need to waste time in the morning :thumbsup2

Once I got Disney on the phone I had to fax through our e-ticket and they sorted it out, according to their system I wasn't due to arrive for another couple of weeks, and we were then
put on the system.

I exchanged the e-ticket at Animal Kingdom and the lovely CM there gave us another VIP Fast pass for all the bother we had, had and it wasn't even their fault!

The ones we received last summer for our October 2006 trip were REAL tickets.:)
