Theme Park Smells

I occasionally smell that musty water smell that always reminds me of the dark rides with water. I love that smell! Oh, the other day I turned on a space heater at work for the first time this year and it smelled like Disney........although I'm not exactly sure of which part of Disney it smelled like. I wish it smelled like that every day!

There's this shampoo that I used on my senior trip to WDW. It's Suave... I don't know the name of the scent, but it's pink, with watermelon and other melons on the bottle. That is my Disney World smell. I buy it, but only use it every now and then... When I need a pick-me-up. It's a great idea really... Get a new lotion or shower gel or something for your Disney trip. And DON'T USE IT UNTIL YOUR TRIP!! Then, when you get back, wait a couple of weeks and get it back out. You would swear you were back at Disney World.

I know that exact smell inside of SE that you are talking about! That is so weird, because I thought that I was the only one who noticed it! I can't describe the smell, but it is definetly there. Kinda weird smelling, but whatever! Its always nice to smell it .

It is weird - I cannot think of any other way to describe it. Kind of old and musty, but not gross.

Having just returned, I must say the WDW/DLR that I most associate with those parks is the smell of the dark rides. PotC, Space Mountain, even Great Movie Ride all have the same smell. It's probably just the smell of machinery, body odor, and unmentionables, but I still love it!
