Theme park room loud on grad night?

Hello all,

We are going to Disneyland for our first and probably the only time this June. We are splurging on a Theme park view room at the Grand Californian. (we get the military discount so that helps).

I noticed one of the nights we are there is a Grad night. Should we expect it to be loud in our room - i.e. hard to sleep?

Having never been there not sure how close the room actually is to the park. and we are the type of family that gets up early for rope drop etc. so sleep is important to us.

In 2013 we stayed in VGC and had an awesome view of Paradise Pier. We were there in June and was also there during some of the grad nights. The only time we heard anything coming from outside was if we had the slider door to the balcony opened up, once we closed the door and shut the curtains, we couldn't hear any noise. We are going back this June and again we will be staying at VGC in hopes of getting the same view as last time, and again we will be there during some of the grad night parties, with that I am not really all that concerned with the noise coming into the room from the park.
