Theme Park bathroom question!

I spent part of yesteday evening and this evening at Epcot and I have a question!

Do some ladies think that they have a personal flusher????? I can't tell you how many toliets I went into where the last woman was appearently unable to determine that that metal handle on the walll was to be flushed! These same women also seem to fill the urdge to cover the entire floor with extra toliet paper. Now I KNOW that it was not in that mess when the lady went in! Do you think these woment leave this kind of mess at home? The only person I can figure who probably has a personal flusher is Her Majesty, the Queen of England and no one I saw resembeled her!

I really had to keep biting my lips shut so I did not ask these "ladies" to clean up thier own mess! So should I have said something? And what do you think Dear Abby or Miss Manners would recommend in this instance?

I'm sorry you had that experience at WDW, that is something you usually find at truck-stops or roadside parks. But, in their defense, most of the restrooms we visited while at WDW had automatic flush valves, so maybe they thought it would flush on it's own when they got up from the stool. Then again maybe the auto-flushers are just in the mens room, I dunno as I've never been in a women's RR at WDW. Still, it's not a very pleasant experience walking into a stall in that condition, and it just makes the CM's job that much harder. Who by the way do a FABULOUS job of keeping those clean, as many people that go in there on a single day, most of the RR were in very clean conditions that we went into.
