Theme park and downtown merchandise promotions

has anyone been to the theme parks or downtown Disney and seen the merchandise promos in the stores, ie, spend $xx.xx and get a watch for $10.00? Thanks dis fans

When we were there earlier this month it was a backpack for $9.99 and a started pin set for $19.99 in the parks then it was a beach towel and the same pin set at DTD. I can't remember now how much the towel was but I got it. We came home with 2 backpacks (my daughter and I each got one) and one beach towel. I am actually wishing we had gotten another towel because my daughter seems to have stolen the one we got.
