Hi. We will be visiting New York before our trip to DW in August. We have bookied tickets to see Mamm Mia via a company called Telecharge.com, but seem to be having difficulty in having the tickets emailed via a PDF file. They are now asking us to pick up at the Theatre. Has anybody had dealings with this firm before and are they trustworthy as it will be extremely disappointing if there are not any tickets waiting for us.
Thanks
We bought tickets for the ballet and 2 musicals for last October with telecharge and had no problem picking the tickets up at the box office.
Dh even booked the Ballet for the wrong date(we didn't actually go until the week after)but he rang up straight away and they altered the date. They didn't have to as it does tell you on the website that once it's booked they are final. Would definitely use them again.
I booked with them back in 2003 to see Mamma Mia on Broadway, if I recall correctly I had to pick the tickets up at the box office on the night and it was fine. We had a really great night and the seats we got were ideal.
