theater in/by WDW and Universal

Are they any different from Cinnemark theaters (high backs, moveable armrest, stadium seating)?

There is an AMC theater at Downtown Disney. The only other theater I have been in is the Cinemark at Festival Bay. There is also a theater at The Pointe but can't remember which chain it is as I never saw a movie at that theater.

There's a nice theater in Celebration in the downtown area. It has been years, so I don't remember its name, but I know there used to be a little place for ice cream either next door or close by!

Nothing "special", but just very nice theaters with state-of-the-art equipment.
