At first Nick and Dylan (both drinking) are cool with each other. Nick even sympathizes with Dylan about Connor...he understands due to the mess with Summer and Jack. But the mood quickly changes when Avery's name is mentioned. BUZZED Nick tells Dylan that Avery is single, they can be together, just like he wanted. Saying the only reason why Dylan married ChelC was due to Avery not being available. This strikes a nerve with Dylan so Nick pushes him. Pissed off, Dylan punches Nick in the face. Afterwards, they both back off realizing they were wrong. They agree to disagree. But they agree on one thing, Avery will always be a touchy subject between them.
Billy is giving Jack hell for teaming up with Adam. Billy even reminds Jack of what Adam did to Ashley. Jack tells him thats in the past. Billy tells Jack that he teamed up with Victor's spawn. Later, Victoria is back. Villy share a romantic moment.
Summer tells Jack she's going to LA. He gives her his support.
Chloe doesn't like ChelC living with Adam, saying she's living in the "lions den." ChelC wants to show Adam how much Connor needs her, so she wants to stay close to Adam for the time being. ChelC also tells Chloe that she's tired of lying to everyone, she wants a life with Connor and Dylan.
Cassie tells her mom to not worry. Dad is just upset over Avery and he needs time to fix the hole in his heart. Sharon tells her Avery was the only one left in her way, she doesn't understand why Nick wont love her the way she loves him. "Phyllis was about sex and video games. Avery was the rebound." Cassie warns her, "You're losing it. You and Dad are the end-game." Later, Nick comes home with a black eye. Sharon fixes his dinner and gives him some ice for his eye. He thanks her and Sharon leaves. Afterwards, Cassie comes to her telling her she was amazing, "you weren't too pushy." Sharon tells her, "he doesn't want me with him." Cassie, "just give him time, Mom."
Adam is on the phone wanting to know when the paternity tests will be ready. Later, Adam tells ChelC about NE. Adam is holding the baby, ChelC brings out the baby blanket Adam bought for their first child. Dylan stops by, he gives her back the good luck charm she had given him. Dylan, "I'm done with this." ChelC is crying watching him leave. Adam, holding baby Connor watches in the background.
Avery goes to Georgia to visit Phyllis. She's sitting by her bed, "You would have loved it Phyllis, I was left standing in the rain. Wake up and tell me I got everything I deserved." She then yells at her for leaving her and Summer alone. "Sharon will never stop trying to find a way back into Nick's life, and I think I hurt him so bad, Sharon may win this time. I love you Phyllis." Avery starts to leave, WE SEE A FINGER ON PHYLLIS' HAND MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
