Ugh!!!! That never occurred to me. It's taken so long to resolve this story line that I just assumed they would finally finish it. (You would think I would have learned not to expect a story to have a solid ending.)

Phyllis/Kyle - at hotel. Phyllis says they should celebrate his great performance the night before. Turns out she means in a business sense and she suggests drinks to celebrate. Over drinks Phyllis tries very hard to convince Kyle that he has nothing in common with her daughter. Kyle thanks for Phyllis for her concern but says him and Summer share a special connection. Phyllis agrees and changes track asking Kyle about his preference for older women. She is acting all flirty when her phone rings. It is Jack and they tell him that are packing and will be racy to go soon.

Nick/Avery/Jack - Nick and Avery discuss the secret again. Avery says she needs to know to be able to help him. Nick says other people will be impacted and he can not tell her. She leaves after him and goes to see Jack. She questions Jack about his relationship with Nick and wonders if he may have any ideas about the secret. Jack says he is sure it is just about Summer growing up and away from Nick and Phyllis.

Devon/Tyler/Neal - Tyler is unhappy with Devon's changes to the launch and goes to Neil to complain. Tyler is unhappy with Neil's response to his complaints and says it's either him or Devon. Neil says they are ready to launch and Devon can handle the management parts. He fires Tyler. (Later we see Noah and Tyler discussing job opportunities for Tyler)

Neil/Leslee - in restaurant discussing latest blog. Leslee says she has tracked an old neighbour of Rose's and is going to meet her.

Maddie/Charlie - birthday party. Kids are cute as heck dressed as super heroes. Cane, Lily, Jill, Devon, and Tracy are there. Tracy and Lily talk briefly about how much they miss Colleen. It comes up that Catherine is not there because she and Murphy are on a vacation. Cane's new assistant Hillary shows up with the presents Cane forgot at the office. Neil shows up late with presents for kids. Tells Devon about firing Tyler. Lily overhears and gets upset. She questions Neil's decision.

Nick - short scene with Noah where they tell each other how much they love each other. Noah sings the praises about what a great father he has been for him, Summer and Faith. After Noah leaves Nick recalls conversations with very about the secret. He phones Phyllis and leaves a message telling her she is right and they need to let everyone in on the secret.

Here are the latest SID spoilers before it hits the stands on Friday. ENJOY!

Phyllis is pissed when she overhears Nick confessing to Avery about not being Summer's biological father.

Paul uses his power as police chief to put the pressure on Carmine to back off of Lauren and Michael. He doesn't abuse his power though.

Michael interviews a potential client who is accused of killing her husband and his lover. Michael realizes how easily people can snap

Michael and Lauren decide to work on their marriage while Carmine becomes more obsessed and dangerous

There is a picture of Delia in the hospital bed getting looked at by a doctor.

Also a picture of Adam at the GCAC with a box full of stuff. My source says its a weird picture. It looks like someone dropped itand he is going to pick it up. Looks like he's snooping.

Billy confesses to Jack that he is gambling again. Jack offers him full support as does Chloe. Victoria keeps a distance from him

Amelia (Victoria) explains that Billy is the love of her life but she is scared for herself and her children because the last time she was kidnapped

Billy Miller (Billy) explains that Billy wants nothing more then to win Victoria back. He feels awful and is suffering without her. Billy gets drunk and crashes Jack's birthday party. Jack gets concerned and tells Billy to snap out of it and talk to Victoria. Billy goes home but before he see's Victoria he spots her pregnancy test. Billy Millers says that it changes everything for Billy because he wants it. He says that Billy wants Victoria back. Baby or no baby and doesn't know if Billy will see this as a way to save his marriage.

Amelia says that Victoria actually hopes she isn't pregnant. The timing is just all wrong. She wants a baby with Billy but she's scared.

Y&R's head writer teases there is always a possibility of trouble when Chloe and Billy interact especially now that Chloe is also having marital issues.

Carmine is at work wondering why Billy's clothes are being delivered there. Billy explains Victoria left him. Carmine sees Billy is down and tries to get him into play poker game. Michael comes back home and Fen is blasting music to bug Lauren Michael tries to calm the situation but Fen gets an attitude and leaves Lauren is grateful that Michael is home He is really trying. Billy takes the info from Carmine and puts it in his pocket Tyler and Devon bump into each other are start Fighting about Neil firing him Tyler tells Devon he only has his job because his father was determined to keep him from his sister Cane questions Lily what she meant and she tells that Tyler quit because he had feelings for her She admits Tyler wanted more than friend from her


Chloe sends Kevin a text seeing they need to meet up Delia is playing with her dolls as if they were Kevin and Her Mom Alex is work with Kevin. He tries to give him an assignment but he receives Chloe's text and leaves Abby comes in Alex tells her that he is trying to keep Kevin on the tract track and she wishes him good luck. Jill denies her motives to Hilary and says she just wants her to stay doing what she is doing Hilary tells Jill that she knows she was CEO before Cane and then Jill offers her a job to work for her while working for Cane Lily continues to tell Cane about Tyler's feelings Cane is glad he was fired. Lily is more upset that her project has neither creator on it. She tells Cane she doesn't not have feelings for Tyler and she told him Cane questions if it is true then why did she quit her job Lily thinks of the kiss

Devon tells Tyler that he didnt care about Jabot It was just a means try to get Lily He says that Lily would never get togther with him Tyler asks him if he is sure about that Devon gets angry and Billy get between them before the fight Fen walks in and Carmine tries to talk to him Carmine is apologetic and wants to explain to Fen the hows and whys of the affair Lauren and Michael are having a romantic dinner rembering about their real first date They decide to relive it by watching the moviethey went to go see but change their mind when they realize it is about a women who had an affair Alex is happy to see Abby but then realizes they had a date and he totally forget about it Abby is upset but Alex says that he needed to pick up extra shifts for rent She doesnt understand why he doesnt just come to her about it but Alex gets upset. They start to fight about money

Kevin go meets up with Chloe and Delia They sit her down to tell her about the divorce. Delia is upset by the news about them Lauren tells Michael she knows their 30 days is almost up but Michael tells her not to worry and just take advantage of the time she has left They look up for another movie Carmine trying to tell Fen that his mom was in a bad place because his dad had him arrested It wasnt meant to be anything Jill arrives at OTB and Billy tells her that Victoria kicked him out their house Jill is worried but tells him that before he can worry about Victoria he has to worry about himself and get better Lily admits to Cane that she loves him and their children She knew things were getting weird but she liked the attention Tyler gaving her. Cane admits that he hadnt given her that kind of attention and understands why she enjoyed it He admits that he took her for granted. Lily denies it and they kiss and make up Hillary arrives

Devon warns Tyler to stay away from his sister Alex is trying to tell Abby that he is too proud to borrow money. Abby gets upset She is feeling rejected and tells him that their worlds will never work. They are clearly too different people Alex is now upset by her reaction and she storms out. Kevin and Chloe explain their living situations to Delia. She blames herself because she stoled . They tell her it was not her fault and they they both still love her very much. Kevin tells her that if she ever needs him to just call and he goes to leave but Delia runs to him crying Jill tells Billy that fighting his addiction comes first. Billy is terrified that he will lose Victoria Jill reminds him that they have overcome things before that . Tell him to be strong and fight. She leaves Billy makes a call Michael and Lauren are having a good night He misses her ever much
Carmine continues to spin his story to Fen. Goes on about how awful his father was and that is why his mom turned to him. Fen gets tired of hearing him and tells him to leave him alone Billy called Gamblers Anonymous about meetings. Abby comes in and he tells her about him and Victoria. She is supportive to her uncle Tyler and Devin still going at it when Devon finally walk off Abby sees Tyler. She flirts and tells him to get her a drink. He tells her he would but he was just fired She jokes and says she will buy the drinks. They talk about work and she mentions Lily which peaks his interest. Hillary goes to Cane and tells him that Jill tried to turn her against him He gets upset and says he will handle it for her Hillary leaves Cane and Lily discuss Jill and then they get romantic Alex walks into the bar and sees Abby and Tyler He tells her he freed his schedule to be with her They both apologize for overacting and leave

Chloe and Delia arrive at OTB to see Billy. She is upset about Kevin. Chloe explains to Billy what happened. They both talk about how important Kevin is to Delia and that he has to stay in her life Fen meets with a creeper and buys drugs. Chloe asks Billy to help her with Delia Billy tries to cheer her upBilly tells Delia that she is full of love and that so many people love her And as long as you are truly loved you will never be alone As he is talking to Delia we see a montage of Fen buying drugs Lauren looks at her fortune and it says that her future looks bright Tyler drinking Lily and Cane making love and Carmine lookies upset

Lauren / Michael Mike gets a phone call from a client. Eleanor Wells who shot her cheating husband and his floozy. He bails on their lunch date.

Carmine Hits on a woman that he thinks is Lauren. Along comes Paul. They have words. Paul tells him that hes keeping an eye on him and wants to put him away. Paul tells him to stay away from Lauren and Fen. Carmine throws Rickys death in Pauls face.

Jack and Summer having dinner Leave for Jacks surprise party. Nick watches them leave the restaurant.

Traci shows up to the party with the cake. Phyl & Kyle look guilty. Abby looks daggers. When they are alone, Abby confronts Kyle about the kiss. Traci sort of apologizes to Phyllis. Jack and Summer arrive. A toast and presents. Summer talks to Kyle and asks if something is the matter. Then Kyle and Abby talk some more and Jack comes over and asks what is up. Time for cake. In comes Billy, who is a little drunk. Billy and Jack have a moment and Jack takes his brother home. Kyle and Phyllis are alone while the others go to the kitchen. Kyle talks about the kiss and Phyl says she isnt sorry it happened and that she liked it etc. Next, Kyle tells Summer that he wants to slow things down. Summer leaves. Jack and Billy go to CL and have coffee and talk.

Billy is still trying to reach Victoria by phone. Takes a drink. Billy gets a text from Traci and hes forgotten the party.

Nick Chews out one of this bartenders. In walks Avery. Nick dials Phyllis and leaves a message that hes going to tell Avery. Avery overheard him leave the message. They talk. Avery asks again if this is about Summer. Phyl walks in and overhears Nick telling Avery.

At the police station, Paul takes out a pic of Ricky and re-lives the shooting scene in his mind. Mike arrives and tells Paul that hes taking the Wells case.

Carmine gets a room and remembers his last night with Lauren. Later a woman shows up at his door.

Mike listens to Eleanors story. Lauren remembers a romantic moment with Michael. Later Michael talks to Paul about his feelings when he listened to Eleanor.

Paul goes to Rickys grave.

Summer at the coffee shop and Kyle shows up to talk to her. Shes upset and hurt. She takes off. Jack gets back home and talks to Traci. Phyl says she is going to go find Summer. Abby takes off. So much for that party. Abby arrives and talks to Kyle.

Michael goes home. He didnt take the case. He and Lauren talk and hug.

Billy at home. He finds a pregnancy test box.

Summer cries on Jacks shoulder.
