I write my own version of Percy Jackson were Percy is a side character and me and the kids in my school are in it. I can't show any of it 'cause when I publish it it has to be a bid shock to each person that reads it.

Yay, the writers thread is back!

I wrote two poems somewhat recently and got started on another one yesterday, but got stuck. Ugh.

I used to consider myself strictly a prose person but have really gotten more into poetry these past few years.

I wrote a short story once about how sometimes when you make new friends, they can turn on you. It was very flowing ans poetic and I entered it in a contest, but had no luck. I thought it was very good. I'm currently just writing journal entries, and journals about dreams I have. It's a good way to let my feeling flow onto paper.

Don't get your hopes down, there are tons of writing contests out there.

I never won any until recently, you just can't give up.

Recently I've written 20 short head-canons and I wrote a short fanfic for one of them.
I plan on writing a series based on them.

Plus my original novel that I'm still working on and a much longer fanfiction.

I've written one complete fanfic, and am working on the second.
I want to be a published author one day. And while I have all the wonderful ideas in my head, I just can't get them down on paper. I think after high school I'll have learned well enough to be able to write well enough to finish a whole novel.

I've tried multiple times to start writing a book. But I just can't seem to keep the story going. Keep hitting a block.

I've written anything from original fiction to fanfiction. I've pretty much been writing since I was 6 years old. I currently just write TRs, but I have many one-shots and fanfics. I also have been published on the This I Believe database.

I used to not like writing fanfics, but a couple months ago, I started getting into them. I'm thinking of ideas faster then I can write them! I'm also trying to work on an original story, but it sounded better in my head, it just sounds stupid on paper. Maybe I'll post some. Maybe not.
