Well, I've done Soarin already which I really enjoyed, so I'll have to say Everest for this one since I've never done it before.

Go to WDW this year for the 35th Anniversary or next year for Epcot's 25th and ToT's 13th?

"do the same thing on the first day every trip or change it up"....GOOD QUESTION!! I am having a hard time coming up with an easy answer so here is my "long" version...

First thing the same we always go to DTD our first afternoon (we do our shopping and eat at the Earl of Sandwhich...YUM) and we also like to kick off our stay with a late dinner at Chef Mickey's that first night.

As far as parks though, we go wherever the crowds don't. That means it changes vacation to vacation
