Hello, fellow Dissers! I need everyone's experiences with this. I'll be having
surgery approx. 2 weeks before my trip in Dec.(11-15). The surgery will
require only a small incision in the abdomen. The surgeon said about a week.
I figure I won't be able to go on any of the really intense rides. Could I get
some feedback, please? Thanks, everyone! :sunny:

idk, but im in the same boat as you, kinda. i had spinal fusion surgery 4 months ago and my trip will be in late december and ill just be 6 months post op. im not sure if i can go on intense rides eaither, but the kiddie ones will do. lol

Well Winnie, we'll get some good walking in. That will do us good. Give me a
bench, a beverage and some interesting people to watch and I'm good to go! :thumbsup2 I hope you're feeling better and that your trip to the world at
Christmastime will be magical. Enjoy!

My brother had his gall bladder out 2 weeks before our trip in March! NO PROBLEMS at all!

Good luck and have fun!

Beth
