The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in 2009???

Has anyone heard of this yet? We go to Florida every year (sometime 2 times if we can) and read article about the replica "park within park" of Harry Potter's world coming soon! It would be a great diversion from Disney for my older kids who love these stories. Does anyone have any details?
