The Weekend Grind ~ 5/24/14 -5/25/14

Welcome to the weekend!!!​

So excited for a 3 day weekend!!

Time for the activities to kick back in full swing! It's going to be nuts here for the next 2 weeks!

Saturday:

go buy new vacuum the other one decided it was time to move on!
spend day with family
pull cameras/check all batteries/chargers/battery charger/SD cards
clean dining room/kitchen
inventory food for vacation I bought yesterday
check for digital coupon for free 24pk of water (want to grab for vacation!)
2 loads of towels
organize and inventory bathroom supplies for vacation
sign etiquette paperwork for DS17's graduation.. yes, I have to sign a paper that we will behave!
write out graduation cards and get them ready to mail -- most of DS's friends' parties are the weekend we are gone.


Sunday:
Spend day with the family
more vacation planning we got side tracked the other day

We had a lazy morning before we started our day!
Sprayed more of our clothes for Haiti with bug spray
Laundry is going
Got a lot packed for Haiti - needed to make sure everything was going to fit in carry on.... Success it does I know it's early, only free time I had to really focus on it before we leave.
Megan cleaned out her desk and closet.

Tomorrow
Clean house
Maybe a movie or lunch out with friends.

Monday

Megan has extra dance rehearsal in the morning for couple hours then lunch with a couple of the girls and their moms


Hope to scrapbook a bit too if I have any creative energy lol

I'm so thankful for the 3 day weekend - I put in 20 hours overtime this week as it is. I been taking a lazy day today. playing on facebook but decided I should check in here & see how everyone is doing - I miss this place.

DH decided to go back to Disney next Sept. so I need to get into the scrapping area again. I did get 2 files made this week but haven't cut them out yet, working on another one. Gotta figure out what will still be there & what got closed.

We did decide to go on a cruise this year - why does Disney say they are coming back to Texas as soon as I pay the Carnival Cruise off?

Nan - sorry about the vac - I hate it when those break - congrats on the 2nd one getting out of HS

I think Megan is growing up on me - have a fun & safe trip to Hati

Happy Memorial Day!

Got back from Georgia yesterday morning. Spent a week with my Dad and visited with my GA siblings as well. A nice week but I'm soooo glad to be back home!!

Hope everyone is doing well, will have to catch up on the week's post!
