It is snowing here. We've had about 2 inches since I woke up at 6. It is supposed to continue all day so we're just staying inside (where it is cozy & warm)

Sarah & Rachel have homework and a few chores to do. I'm hoping to get some cropping done. I need to run outside and take a couple pics of the trees (so pretty covered in snow).

oh well I need to work on golfing inkscaping - I"m thinking it should be fun to give James a golf cub

I had a request for cruise files - anyone have images that they think would work?? I"m thinking that should be fun to do if I get all my other stuff done (or this summer)

I just checked the forcast here - rainy today but should clear up & be 80 later on in the week so I'll need to do yard work (really need to stain the fence in the backyard while Rockhouse has the boys (Rockhouse is a special people home that has a dayhab)
I"ll need to check my sunscreen & make sure it hasn't expired & find some old clothes
should weed flowerbeds sometime this next week too

foggy morning here, but that means its going to be a sunny day think I will open a couple windows and air out the house!

we decided to stay home and veg today, we are so wiped out for the past week and a half!
help Megan with some homework - she's not doing well with writing with her splint on - lucky its only math, neatness won't really count!

going to start pulling swap pieces for our DLR trip, just shipping notice that both snapfish and PP pics are on the way


tomorrow going to run to Kohls and grocery shopping, swiffer floors and clean bathrooms and laundry that is needed to be done!

Been up and at'em since 7am - dropped off DH's car to be serviced, had breakfast at Cracker B, made a run to BJ's, then to Publix and then picked up car. Last load of laundry is in the dryer, bills have been paid so now it's time to scrap for a bit.

Don't forget to spring forward tonight - we are losing an hour tomorrow, blah!!

Lisa - I am right there with ya...my Dad arrived on 2/22 and we did something everyday while he was here. We then left on 3/3 and went to WDW for 5 more days to meet with other family members, I got home Thursday afternoon. Didn't do much yesterday cause I was pooped!

Reddy- you make me jealous talking about sunscreen & yard work! We are still realistically 2 (or more!) months from that.

Scrapping sounds fun. Hopefully, if I get my house in order, I can get some in tonight. Quick break from scrubbing my shower, yucky!

Going out to dinner tonight with friends & gift card deal from Thanksgiving week, so yay! Cheap fun on the horizon.

Need to get my donations I pulled bagged & dropped off. & try to talk DH into painting (well, me painting) kitchen & laundry room soon. I also need to get toys cleaned & switched over for younger DS before he outgrows them. Ugh, gotta love when that spring cleaning bug hits!

Been up and movin' since 7AM.... it's now 4:45pm and I have finally have a few minutes to check in...


We had the first round of regional basketball today... Unfortunately, we played 8-5 the whole game.... but it is what it is, you learn from it and move on.... However, it was my DsS18's last game of his HS career... bitter sweet moment to know we are retired now.. untill soccer season with my DS16 starting his senior year...

So, we came home had lunch w/ FIL and then I had to jump DH to fix the shower because it broke last night (the knob you pull down to convert from shower to tub broke)... and of course I'm feverishly trying to figure out how to fix it and DH goes to sleep... no it wasn't leaking but still.. have a game plan sunshine...

I made him fix it when we got home... resolved with a new part... no problem.. while we were in town we had DS16 buy his last minute supplies for his overnight convention downtown starting tomorrow...

I think I will have DH run to get dinner tonight.... but who knows..... just been one of those days!!!

think we may have had to run to see my nephew tomorrow as PJ has agreed to work during spring break so no way to run down during the day... we will just have to see... so much to do; so little time...

We are home, had a great time scrapping with Jennifer and Morgan. Julia worked on gluing some of my pieces for pages for AK swap and I was able to complete 2 sets of pages. Now onto getting ready for tomorrow.

frozen pizza's were our option till Tom came in and wanted to go out. Even better in my book.

Sugarings been CRAZY already and I've been sick all week. Never have I been sick this many times in a winter. I blame it on the Tdap shot...... We eat very little processed foods so any chemicals are froiegn to us.

Now headed out to gather sap we're all to tired to boil tonight so just bringing it home will ro and boil in the am..... for a full nights sleep now lets hope the cold lets me sleep.

At Girl Scout camp. Can't sleep. Just watched the clock jump from 159 to 300. Yeah. Can't wait to get home. The girls had a great time though ant that is what it's all about.
I can't believe how lazy some moms can be. Sorry to rant, but how can you watch us in the kitchen help the girls and then expect us to serve you for all the meals. Just kills me. Ok enough venting.
Just a quick breakfast then pack the car and help clean the cabins and head home.
My fil and sil should be at my house. Great more people to serve this weekend. Give me strength. And to top it off I have to work at 7pm.
Well another weekend done in the blink of an eye.

We had a great time with Cassey and Julia. Morgan finished her Nature's Classroom book, I got 18 pages done, and got Cassey's pages for the MK Sketch swap. It was fun. How were Julia's pancakes last night, Cassey?

We were home around 4:00 to do a little decompressing before the middle school play. The kids did great, but I'm more than a little bitter about the director not letting my kid have a part. I wanted to boycott it, but she really wanted to go. I have to admit I hated the lead's wig.

I need to get to Kohl's today and do some shopping for my new "business casual" wardrobe. Have a 30% off coupon, and don't want to let it go to waste

Got a pretty good nights sleep and feelin better this am hopefully being outside todsy will kick it out of me. Definitely need to take the allergy meds for being in the sugarhouse later and remind Levi to take his.

Other than canning syrup and some laundry not much will be happening here today.

Safe travels to Sarah back to campus!!! Glad the roads are clear and safe for her to drive... Sorry you aren't getting that extra day!

Got up this AM at o'dark thirty to make DS16 breakfast and get photos for him to depart for school to catch the bus for competition... He is up on the block in 30 minutes.... but then they are done the rest of the week... they have to do 2 open tests and 2 lectures but none of it is judged and they get school off till Tuesday! LOL (he did take his pre-cal to do so he is ahead of schedule!) He texted that they got their room already so they are settled in! I sent extra goodies so he only has to buy dinner out each night..

Everyone went back to bed after seeing him off.
So, today, I will try to get down to scrap but we will see how it goes...
