the weather is here.....wish you were beautiful

just a quick report guys.

Great warm weather, crowds are manageable. The waiting time for Indiana Jones & Thunder Mountain was 15 minutes around noon.

Did a lot of rides in the morning with no wating time at all. The only waiting we did was 10 minutes for Nemo.

Autopia & POTC have been down through the day so we hope we get to ride them later on tonight.

Seems that the local crowd is headed to CA to see WoC (according to CM that we talk to in the DL) I'll keep you posted when I get a chance.

Rode POTC and looks like autopia is running again!

Yep. Rode Autopia last night right before fireworks.

But MAN it's friggin' hot here! We were greeted by lovely cool breezes when we arrived on Sunday but yesterday it was so hot.

The lines have been great. We arrived at rope drop yesterday and were able to do almost everything in fantasyland within the hour. My daughter got a great first day at Disneyland!! We didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for anything. (We did have a fast pass for Space Mountain, but we walked right into a short line for Thunder Mountain RR.)

We skipped MM this morning so she could sleep. She was so tired when I tried to wake her this morning after staying out until 11pm! Headed to DCA today to check out the pixar stuff.

That happened to us too! We skipped MM today and arrived around 8:15 a.m. Did pretty much everything in Fantasyland, Peter Pan went down and was still not working when we left fantasyland around 9:30 a.m.


Came back to the hotel to take the boys swimming. It's 90 degrees!

We are finally back in the room. It is SO incredibly hot outside!!!! Staying at GCH so I was thrilled that we could just walk back to the room. I can't believe that DCA has so little shade! It felt like we were deep in the heart of Texas on all that asphalt.
