I believes its Waves and it's taking the place of the Concourse Steakhouse in Cotemporary

The Wave is correct. New restaurant opening June 7 at the Contemporary Resort.

It is a table service, one TS credit on the dining plan, accepts DDE.

Don't forget that on June 7th it's only opening for dinner and on June 8th is when they will start serving breakfast and lunch.
