Let me start off by saying we had some really wonderful dining experiences which I will be writing reviews on as well...
We had a really awful experience at the Wave on 2/15 at 8:45am.
The biscuits were cold, the gravy was runny, scrambled eggs were rubbery...
WORST OF ALL, the eggs benedict (which were recommended by our server and had JUST been brought out from kitchen) had not one BUT TWO dark curly hairs in them..which were actually only visible after I opened up with fork.
We complained to our server who took them back to kitchen with him.
Our waiter returned to say "we assume it was a guest, all of our chefs are bald! (with a smile) but we are sorry, nonetheless". He then commented on the "extra protein" I received as he cleared our table and left our $45 check!!
We asked to speak to a manager but were getting antsy and ready to get to MK after 15 mins. So we just left. It was towards the end of our vacation and we were kind of crabby...we had so much to pack into our day, we had to get it started. We were on the dining plan....or we definitely would have waited it out. WOULD NEVER actually pay $45 for that disappointment!!
I will NOT be returning. I really wish we would have waited it out. I can't believe they would offer horrible food/service like this!
