Oh, Low Winter Sun. I refuse to watch it on principle, because I dislike AMC's attempts at trying to trick people into watching it! Back when it first debuted after BrBa, they would be all, "Oh, you can catch scenes from the next episode of Breaking Bad...in the middle of Low Winter Sun!"

One time they actually tricked my DVR into recording an entire episode of LWS by pretending that there were two hours of new BrBa instead of one!

Oh I hated that! As I mentioned on the previous page,
Low Winter Sun incurred the wrath of the
Breaking Bad fans (like myself) who were starved for 2 seconds of teasers for the next week's show, and LWS also stood in between BrBa and
Talking Bad up until this past Sunday. That made me so mad. While I am thinking about BrBa I want to watch
Talking Bad -- not one hour later when I have already moved on to another thought.
They also tricked us into thinking that LWS would be a great show because it has "Morgan" from TWD and "Gale" from BrBa! They figured they'd capitalize on the success of TWD and BrBa by using two of the actors. In fact, is anyone who used to be on
Mad Men on the show too? I wouldn't be shocked.
From what
Colleen27 explained above, it sounds as if LWS is just an inferior show, as well as being a hurdle to jump in order to get to the shows we really want to see! I was looking at this coming Sunday's schedule on AMC, wondering why on earth
The Walking Dead premiere couldn't fit into the schedule on that night. I was horrified to see that, once again,
Low Winter Sun standing in the way of the show I want to see! Just because the LWS season finale is airing this Sunday doesn't mean that TWD couldn't have premiered its new season too!
AMC is going to see a big drop in ratings for this Sunday night's LWS season finale, in comparison to the big numbers they saw for the BrBa series finale. And then, when TWD starts up on 10/13, the ratings will soar.
