I bought, what I thought was the most comfortable pair of shoes at the Walking Company store to wear all day, because I stand all day on concrete and they are crippling my feet slowly.

Presently I wear all Black New Balance Sneakers and they work well, but they are not fashionable at all.

My questions: Do you think I can return them? Has anyone returned shoes they have worn? What was the outcome of your return?

I paid a pretty penny for them and only wore them 5 times to work hoping to break them in, only to take two Aleves and put my feet up when I got home to stop the pain.

If they look like they've been worn (on the tread), they will not accept them.

call them.....you'll prob get a credit, not a refund of course but at least you'll be able to get a pair of painless shoes instead.
