The VMK server is unresponsive to my account

Yes when I play with my other accounts it works fine but my the map on my main account has no rooms that are availible and sometimes there is just a black screen. I've sent in a bug report to tell them to reset whatever their server has on me but it only worked for once. Anyone know what I can do? I'm thinking its the windows security centre thingy but does anyone else have it?

After a while I know this sounds like the the tech support number, "is your computer plugged in?" But I would try the normal stuff. Clear your cache, history, cookies, and whatever else. Reboot your system and see if it helps. I always recomend this because anytime I have an oddity with VMK this seems to work for me but it may not in every case.
