My "greater than 15-minute wait" at 7:00 was a 44-minute wait. I got it for Dec. 3 at 4:50! A credit card IS required if talking to a live agent!

I must have hit redial 60 times and then it answered. I used the automated and it was simple. No hold time Got our first choice. Keep trying to those who have not gotten through yet.

Busy signal for 45 minutes now.....keep redialing and thinking, why are all these crazy people up trying to make reservations....hahahahahahah....then I redial again and think this is my LAST time...then I redial again....busy busy busy....when will this insanity end? Hey, if you're on hold and listening to music right now, then you are in a better place

My friend just called and she got through and made one for her family and then one for our family as well!!! WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! My DD9 and I are SOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!

I got through at 1 minute after 7 and was on hold without being told how long until 4:48. Got through and got my first choice of Dec 1 at 6:35. Had to give a credit card. Good luck, everyone!

called at 6:59, got "we are experiencing technical difficulties", got put on hold with music, waited 28 minutes then an cast member answered, got

December 17th at 7pm for 5

December 26th at 7:07 for 16.

Took quite some time to get the larger party, had to do a 14 and 2 split. Very nice cast member! Thanks Flo!

on hold for agent for 47min....got 1/4/13 for 7ppl at 7pm!!!!! My cm said I was the first person from the US she has talked to...everyone else has been from the UK!!!

52 min of busy signal. I swear this is my own form of Disney torture. Uhhh. Then once I finally get through it's going to be 795 min of wait time. We need fast passes for the phone lines.

Been on hold for 52 minutes on the regular line and on hold 18 plus on the TA Line and nothing yet!!

Welll at this point even if I get through I wont clear the queue in time for my run (hey Tower of Terror is just a month away!)

Guess, I'll try my luck later in the day or with the online system.

Worst case..I'll have to plan another trip in 6 months or so!
