I spoke with a guide 2 weeks ago and agreed to buy a membership. (SSR, $87pp, no 05 dues, with MIL getting $200 ref.) I also req. a June UY, so I could use some points in May. The guide called me last week and said the UY would have to be Sept. if I wanted the $8pp incentive. 
So here's the deal. They've approved me, they've taken $500 down but I haven't signed the contract yet due to the UY thing. So, I'm thinking, much like buying a new car...this is the point where I have some say...
Put together the most awesome deal you can think of (with a measure of reality) and let me know. I've already had a member tell me to have my MIL do a 25pt add on, then quick claim to me so that I'm a full fledged member, which would be good because I can have points transfered and make my own ressies, even broker points. Plus then I would have the option of adding on points (120 minimum I think)..at $87pp and still getting 100 bonus points! So if you've been doing this for a while and know of a "BIG DEAL" I should go for, let me know... Thanks
