The Ultimate Build-A-Ride Competition! Prizes!!

I am back, so I can now tell you about the ultimate ride competition!

Thursday 22nd of December everyone on the DIS is invited to perticipate in the Ultimate Ride competition! All you need is a room and the Build-A-Ride stuff from the Golden Horseshoe Mercentile!

Simply build a room, or room(s) and use the build a ride stuff from the Golden Horseshoe Mercentile to create a water ride for us to judge! There are three catagories for entry, and YOU MUST specify which one you will be entering in your post.

The catagories are simply:

* 1 Room Ride
* 2 Room Ride
* 3 Room+ Ride

There are prizes, which are:

1st prize: Snowman Magic (Worth 2000 credits)
2nd prize: A mickey Tree (Worth 1000 credits)
3rd Prize: A pile of presents (Worth 250 credits)
4th or lower: The privilage of participating

In the event of a tie, all the "tiees" will recieve the same prize.

I will need help from about 2-5 people in this event to judge people. You can't be a Judge and participate, so be absolutely sure that you want to judge. Judging is just a score from 0-10 in the following catagories: orignality, scenary, hapiness afterward and pose. We will then add the scores up and then give you a total out of 40.

Here are the Regulations you must follow or you will be disqualified:

1. You must post here to enter. No PMs to me or the judges or instant disqualification.
   
2. You post must contain your VMK name or your entry will be ignored.
   
3. You post must contain the catagory you are entering; or again it will be ignored. Catagories do not affect your ability to win, they are just there for judging purposes.
   
4. One entry per real life person. No mules' or new accounts on VMK or the DIS please!
   
5. The use of mules to get ride parts/rooms is permitted provided that the starting room is your own room. You will not be put down for your lack of credits.
   
6. No bribes or threats to judges, or instant disqualification.
   
7. Limit of 8 rooms in the ride.
   
8. Rooms must have a start and an exit. Either end the ride by cutting the ride at the end of a river piece, or have a station where people can get on or off.
   
9. All enteries must be in before the 21st of December. If you can't go on VMK on the 22nd of December, then please PM me before the 21st of December so we can judge you at a suitable time.
   
10. You can't be a judge and a participant or anyone on the disqualified list below. If you are a judge then please don't be biased towards any particular person.
    
11. If we cannot get into your room due to the button saying "Only let friends enter" we will ignore your entry.

It's a lot of regulations, but have fun anyway! Please do not post off topic things on here btw!

My ride starts and finishes in my room titled "Lauging Place"
and technically would need to be in the 3 or more room catagory although one room is start and finish and another is a very short ride in my teleporter room... but yeah you go into 4 rooms to ride the ride...

I built one- nothing fancy and to ride you have to go from my start/finish room to my teleporter room (where you get off and get back on again) then go through one room then another room where if you want to sit in the swamp a while you can- and then back to my stop/finish room-

I don't have any hills built into it- was just trying to get the mechanics down of it -does anyone else think the right turns are left and left turns right -maybe I'm just backwards lol

but it is expensive to build even a simple ride- mine as one of all the sets plus- extra set of teleporters (which I didn't need except I wanted a way to get to my teleporter room), extra extension, 4 extra turns (2 of each) and like 10-12 extra straight pieces and a few extra shallows so that if you goof up and get off the ride mid flow in any room you can get back on again

My entry is 3 rooms which start with "canadian's Dis Boat Coaster"

It is on the Dis Rivers, but there are entry and exit points at the beginning and end of the 3 rooms.
