The trip that brought so much drama lol -Day 1

I know most of you know who I am etc.. but for those that don't i shall introduce myself.

Cast
Me-25 and loved Disney since i was a little girl.
DD-2 and loves Minnie and is now a huge Stitch fan.

Day1

Woke up at 4am, wishing this day was going to go to plan. I had a bath got dressed and woke up Kyra and it was soon 6am and my dad picked us up to take us to Ashford International. We got there, checked in and just chilled out till the train came.

Train journey was uneventful, Kyra decided to entertain other passengers by singing zip-a-dee-do-da.

Got to DLRP on time and went on the bus to the Cheyenne, got there and it was heaving full of people. Went to check in only to be told that as a gift i had been upgraded to the Newport Bay Club, i was a bit shocked and at first was thinking "I wanna stay in the Cheyenne". The CM took my luggage and gave me my park passes and said to go over to Newport anytime after 3.

So off me and Kyra went to Disneyland Park, We saw the character Express pass by and we saw the queue for Mickey which was very long so we decided to bypass it as we would see him later in Cafe Mickey.
We walked up tp Fantasy Land where i suggested some rides to Kyra, she didnt want to go on them so i went and got her some pop corn and we people watched.

We then decided to go to WDS, where we caught the HSM parade. It was very catchy but Kyra couldnt see as there was too many people and i was tip toeing to see myself. We then went and watched Stitch Live! which was very very funny. But i agree you need to have a particapating audience for it to be really good. Then as we was heading to watch Animagique we saw goofy so we stopped by to see him. He was getting mobbed.
We watch Animagique then decided to head to the hotel to get ready for our meal at Cafe Mickey.

We booked Cafe Mickey for 6.15pm but arrivred 15mins early, was no problem got seated right away.
Great interaction with the characters, i also noticed they had added a few more things to the menu since i went there in January. We saw Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Friar Tuck, Tigger, Smee, Pinocchio, Captain Hook and Eeyore.

Then at 8pm i went to meet Mr D, it was son 8.20 and he still wasnt there i was beginning to get a bit stressed, i had no money on my phone so i couldnt call him so i went and got a phone card but they wouldnt allow me to ring his french mobile number. I was getting tired of waiting so i started walking off only to turn around to see him. We then walked back to hotel along the river which was nice.

Then we got to my room and i proceeded to get Kyra to bed, 2 hours later she FINALLY fell alseep. Mr D thought it was hilarious, he said he thought i was crazy.
Mr D then went and got us some drinks so i was a little bit merry, it was getting late so we got into bed and just had a chat etc and went to sleep as he had to get up at 7am as he had a meeting to get to.

Im not sure whats going on with me and him now, not spoken to him since he left the hotel yesterday morning, he said he will be in london in a few weeks and we will sort out when to meet again. But who knows what will happen before that, we could fall out again etc. Hes on his way back to NY now anyway....All i know is that i like him alot and he was great with Kyra and he does a wicked Stitch impression LOL

Well done on the upgrade, I do like the Cheyenne but the NPB is something else.
Kyra looks as gorgeous as ever. CM looks quite empty though.
Look forward to day 2, hope you got to do at least one ride.

Congratulations on the upgrade!

Lovely photos of Kyra, she looks as adorable as always.

My DDs are much older now but I remember nights like that ~ always happens either when you want to go out or nights you want them to go to sleep early ~ like Christmas Eve!!

It didnt help that mr D was encouraging her to get out of bed and dance LOL. I think the 2 of them had more fun then me
