Yay for 4 days!!!!

If my mom told me she was going to DL without me, I might be a little upset too, lol. But I also understand the need to get away as adults sometimes, even if it is to kid friendly place like DL.

You are going to have so much fun, I am excited for you.

I have a drawer where I keep trip things. So I'd just start moving things around in the dressers, putting all the things you're packing in one drawer, and putting other things in other drawers. Stealth packing.

Believe me in this her daughter has gone without her with cheer leading or whatever. My oldest went with band, believe me they would hesitate to go if they were invited.

Okay.....so in the trip related news department......

D finally told her family that we are going in less than two weeks. Her daughter was not thrilled to say the least. And her DH was kind if like "meh it's your vacation". So everyone knows now but that is good.

And D bought her ticket today, this had been a concern for me because I did not know how many days we were going to go to the park because we are only staying the three nights......I am sooooo happy she bought a four day park hopper!! Yay!! Four days in the park!!

Mind you the only thing I really planned were meals and WoC. I haven't even looked looked at RideMax more than once or twice.

I am not planning any meals or anything for Thursday, I figure we can do that one by ear.

You sound like me Michele......for Mike's & my portion, I've set one meal a day....except for our WoC day.......doing the picnic for lunch & then doing a dinner for Mike. I've updated our plans on the PTR ..... but not planning anything else. I have a list for things we want to get to this trip & things to try going in my little book....but no set days for these things. Feels kinda nice to have that kind of freedom!!!

I am trying so hard to not go and over plan, although that extra day opens up so much more. I was trying to figure out how we were going to have to casually go through the park. I really want to visit with every character for pictures for Jason's book I plan on making him.

I am going to get him a Duffy and get Duffy's photo taken with as many characters as I can find. Get their autographs and make him a photo album with all of the autographs and a little story to go with it.

This kinda reminds me of Flat Stanely. I love it. Jason will love it!!!!

So, do you think it would be ok if *I* just made one teeny weeny list, like yours and Laurie's? I mean it is *just* a itsy bitsy list. Just a small one that has my *must do and try* list, like Laurie's. Do you think I could do it?

Lists are a must.....otherwise you get home & go.....CRAP I forgot to do or eat.......... Go for it Char!!!
