Well, hello DIS family. I'm glad to see everyone is starting to settle in and make themselves comfortable. Hold on, I think my stuff has finally arrived. I think I'm going to need some volunteers ....

Oh, and here comes some stuff for Ann and Amy. I wanted to make sure the cabinets and fridges were all well stocked. banana: )

Hey, look here comes a truck for 3G&G. I figured this would keep the RV fueled for several cross country trips.

It was such a long journey over from the previous thread, I think I'm going to head up to my suite and get a little R&R. Before I do though I guess I could share a couple of pictures with the rest of the family.

Anyway, 'mind if I commandeer the unfinished basement? I'd like to use the space as a makeshift roller-skating rink. It's for the "kids"....

In fact, we probably should add a second sound-booth down there for Tripp -- our personal roller-skating DJ! ("Okaaaaaaay, everybody! It's time for couples' skate! ... Couples' skate in the clockwise direction!" ... Brings back some old 80s memories! Good times! )

Ya know: I realize it's not a Disney flick, but maybe our debut movie in that faaaabulous media room should be a viewing of the (incredibly 80s) Olivia Newton-John flick Xanadu! I'll bring the popcorn!

Excellent job on the venue! The basement looks fabulous!

What happened to all the skate happy people chatting it up during the day? Did they wimp out, once they saw the quality of the rink?

Ok MadBrad, just got back from unloading the first three trucks and came in for some water...........a mom's work is never done!

We were really waiting for you last night - glad you got to start the thread today. Did you hear? 3Guys and I lost Cat for a bit last night.

Where is everyone else - skating?

It's cause I have that Disney Magic inside me that makes EVERYONE young again...that's the real reason they didn't want me to be CMO--they were worried I'd turn too many adults into kids, which would create REAL trouble--who would push the strollers and pay for the churros??
