Does anyone if the closing cost is different for each resort or it goes just by the contract amount? I am trying to figure what that closing cost would be for $10,000, depending on the amount I maybe willing to look at spending more on a contract.

It goes by the contract amount, ie: number of points--the small contracts (50 points) start at $322.00. Based on the listings that I get from them each day, I would guess you are looking around $450.00

Go ahead and e-mail them. They are very nice and good to work with. They will not pressure you to buy or anything.

We just used them to buy a resale and its based on the total dollar amount of the contract. Ours was just under $13000 and the closing costs were $475. If it had come in over $13000 it would have been $500 and even more than that the higher the contract amount would have been.
