The 'This-was-supposed-to-be-a-holiday-to-Mexico' TRIP REPORT - Day 14 07/10 (Part 1)

Well, the day had finally arrived; our leaving day

We got up and packed around 8:30, once that was done we went to grab breakfast which was some of the breakfast buffet and Karl went to extend the room as we weren't flying until later in the day.

Packing took a while, mainly due to trying to fit in all our souvenirs in the cases...whoops!



Once we had finished packing, we watched a little TV before heading over to Pointe Orlando to have some lunch in Johnny Rockets. We both had big juicy burgers (obviously) and a milkshake.

We checked out of our hotel at 13:50 and drove to the airport. We dropped the car off took our cases and went to check in at the airport. (VERY sad face!)

As we had upgraded before the holiday, we got to make use of the Palm Lounge which had free drinks, cookies and biscuits and a cinema.



Before we knew it, it was time to board the plane. The flight home was uneventful and both Karl and I did try to sleep but we couldn't.

We landed safely back in Bristol in the early hours, got home and went to bed to dream of the perfect and most magical memories we had made.
