I'm telling you, I'm not getting emails that you guys have posted!
Hey, Heather! I've been off the boards for a few days (sick), but I'm all better now and back in the game! I'm loving the past few updates you've posted. Your room is beautiful, you got some great pictures of the boys in all of their excitement and those Mickey cakes are just too adorable. I love how you were able to pull off your plan and make mickey head trails to their "surprise". The banner was too cool!
You've really gone all out and I can't wait to hear how the boys react to it once they find it.
Hopefully it won't be too long. I got it on video, but Photobucket doesn't want to upload it.
Good morning Heather,
I've not been very good at keeping up with my subscribed trip reports lately. At least you are getting to work which I know you are thankful for.
You got some really really good pictures in T-Rex. When we went, it was 9:00 p.m. and the place was packed!
I am looking forward to reading all about Disney Quest. Hunter and Lacey went this trip but John and I didn't get there in time to do anything before it closed.
I love Disney Quest and so do the boys, but we didn't get nearly as much time there as I wanted this trip.
sorry to hear about the bag!

great pictures at T-Rex! and the room really looks like a nice room!
love the room surprise for the boys--nice job!
can't wait to hear about their reaction!

Connie
BTW: glad to hear you've been working!!
Hi Connie! I'm so excited for you that you have your dates. I didn't work at all this week, but I couldn't stand sitting home either, so I didn't get any TR done. Oh well. Slowly buy surely.
The room is looking great...you are such an awesome MOM!
I can't wait to see and hear all about the surprise!
Everything sounds so fun so far and working out quite well....except for the one squashed bag....UGH!
J-
Thanks Julie.

That's so sweet of you. I had so much fun surprising them this trip!
Hi Heather!
Sorry about the squished bag....what a mess! Oh well...at least you were able to just ditch it in the room and deal with it later.
The pics of T-Rex are so cool! That place just looks like a lot of fun! And I have one that complained about having to order off the kids menu on our 2007 trip. Isaiah was only a month away from being 10 and he was not pleased!
The room surprise looks awesome! Can't wait to hear about how the boys reacted!
You should definitely take your boys to T-Rex. Our second experience with it wasn't as good, but it is a cool place! I can imagine that Will won't be happy at all with the kids' menu when he's 9. He's only 7 now and it's just not enough food for him. Thanks! I'm working on getting the video on Photobucket.
Hey Heather,
great update...I love your photos of PO-it's such a pretty resort...
I'm sorry about the toiletry accident...

...we had a set of Disney luggage too...something happened to one of our bags...hmm...don't remember exactly what...but I do not about toiletry fiascos since I have a tendency to not close bottles tightly enough...
I'm glad that you regrouped and it sounds like you had a great time after...
We saw the outside of T-rex---looks like tons of fun especially the ice cave-all of it really-how cool is that for little boys?...
Oooo-the surprise in the rooms looks awesome...I can't wait to see what the boys think...
Dare I say I was a little disappointed with POR this time. I'm not really sure why. I think I'd like to try somewhere else next time, but it looks like Matt's mom might be coming with us next time we go so we may be stuck with POR for the 5 beds. At least we'll get Alligator Bayou this time.
just a hint to help prevent toiletry fiascos (although I don't think it would have helped you w/the roll over Heather) I always pack anything liquid in its own galloon sized ziplock bag...have had to learn that the hardway...mom had a bottle of shampoo all over her entire clothing (she had her toiletry bag packed in the same case) and the airport squashed it!

we had to find a laundramat before she could do anything!!
Yeah, I had everything in ziplock bags, but unfortunately the car tore the ziplock bags too. Just don't RUN OVER your toiletry bag and you should be okay!
Love all of the photos of the room and I can't wait to see how the boys react to the suprise!
Coming up soon...I hope!
How are you doing Heather? Any news on Jordan yet? Hope everything is good with you.
Ginny
Jordan is going for a biopsy on Monday. Did I post here that the internest said she's 90% sure it's cancer? My mom said to do the biopsy. If it's stage 1 or 2 we'll do surgery, 3 or 4 and we'll just wait it out until she gets uncomfortable. She's still eating and acting as normal as she has for the last 3 months (but not normal like before). She's a picky eater but we can usually get her to eat some meat (she had spaghetti the other day) or something at some point in the day. It's a very emotionally draining process, but we're taking it day-by-day. Thanks for asking.
Heather! We're dying to see the reveal of the boy's reactions to the "treasure" hunt and the Mickey cakes!
Hope you are doing well and your sweet baby Jordan, too.
Thanks Mel. I appreciate you guys not giving up on me. It's hard to get here every day, but I am determined to get through this report, even if it takes months. Maybe by the time I'm done, I'll have another trip to plan.
Wow, you're having a busy night and you're already so exhausted! Can't wait to hear about the boys getting their surprises!!!
Denise
Thanks for sticking with me!
We are still here Heather. Hoping everything is good with you.
Ginny
Hi Ginny. Thanks.

I'm working on it. There are so many things to do, and I don't have a work computer to check in every day like many of you guys do. I mean, I do have one at home, but not a dedicated time or anything, and on the days I do end up working, sometimes I don't have much time at all. I am determined to get this report up, it may just take a while. Thanks for sticking with me.
