The things DD says....

When DD was 5, she took the bus to Kindergarten, along with all the "big-mouthed" 4th and 5th graders.

One day she came home and announced she "knew" what the F-word was. FLUSH!

I was laughing so hard I had tears.

DD and I were in the deli section of the grocery store awhile ago and it was really crowded. We took a number and stood over to the side where they have the cold open case with already sliced meats, cheeses, pickles, coleslaw, etc. All of a sudden, of course in her loudest voice ever, DD says, hey Mom, do we need any of this sour crap? A few people turn there head my way and give me the stare down. She was looking at a bag of sauerkraut!

These are so cute, thanks for the laughs!

My current one is my 3 yo is loving learning songs from Disney movies and when she tries to sing "The Bare Necessities" song it goes something like this:

"Look for the bare ne-sesames, the simple bear and recipes..."

It totally cracked me up today. :rotfl:

I'll post if I remember more...

Thought of another one...

DD was looking at a picture book with birds in it... coming across a picture of a toucan, we explained that this was a toucan... to which she replied, "No Mommy, it's a one-can" (since there was only one on the page).

Hee hee. :teeth:

These are so funny!

The other day my son was excited to be leaving to go somewhere, and he asked me "Are your eyetacts done yet?" I finally figured out he wanted to know if I had put my contacts in yet, because he knew I had to do that before we could leave. :rotfl:

I had to pull this up....

last night Samantha and I are playing in her playroom, she was making me breakfast.....she said "here are your Frosted PLATES mom" when she handed me my cereal!! I am still chuckling over that one!

When my daughter was three she was all excited when I got home one day. She said "Daddy, you know my Grandma". I said yes. She got even more excited and informed that Grandma was my Mommy too.

My 2 little charges had school on Monday. After we got home I was putting away the stuff from their backpacks. There is a step down into the kitchen and I TOTALLY missed the step and fell into the kitchen on my kneecaps.

The 4 year old looked over at me and said "Do you need an ambulance?"

DS9 was sitting next to her and he looked terrified, so both of them must have assumed I was gravely injured. Since I was able to get up and resume my normal activites I figured it was safe to decline the ambulance. But I did take some Advil. ;)
