Hey everyone, I've finished writing a guided tour through the Disney-MGM Studios Europe park we were supposed to get around 1995. There's a link in the Headlines box here on the frontpage:

Enjoy dreaming :thumbsup2

Thanks for that, Raptor. I love reading about the parks, even the "what might have beens". :cloud9:

I once read an article online, about how the Paris Tower of Terror was planned to be in the Studios right from the start, but unlike the other TOT's this one was to be a "Toon" hotel, with the elevator itself styled on "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" complete with Droopy as doorman as in the film and various characters on each level, including the penguin waiters from Mary Poppins.
I don't know how true this was, but what a fab idea. :)

What a brilliant idea, I would love the penguin waiters!

They had some great Ideas.

Was not Roger Rabbit Warner Brothers :confused3

Not as far as I know.

I'd love RR or Jessica in the parks, he's on a poster DS was given, along with all the other characters and he's on the Singalong Songs - Let's go to Disneyland Paris video, so I assume that at some time he was also a regular around the parks.
Wouldn't it be great if they brought back all previous characters for the anniversary next year ? :goodvibes

A bit confused so I looked it up, as I remembered bugs bunny in the film. It seems to have both Warner brothers and Disney characters in the movie,
Though I also recall that the children's corner at the HNY is called the roger rabbit corner.

It was a Disney film - produced by Touchstone and Amblin.
Have a look on wikipedia - it sheds some light on it - quite an interesting read if you look for Roger Rabbit!!
