The Stack...Is it Fun?

OF COURSE!
i was in Aloft, but it's the same deal.
it's amazing.
we did this thing called .. something i forget. it was a video scavenger hunt & we had to take video clips of certain things on the ship. one of them was to ask a CM to hop up and down on one foot& pat their head & rub their stomach. so we were aloud to ask crew members, & seen as they all wear the same white uniforms, we accidentally asked teh captain!

havent been on the cruise since they added the stack (sorry i am not any help) but i was actually wondering that question for the longest time because i loved  the espn sports bar and was so mad that they were replacing it with a teen spot( not that that is bad but i liked the sports bar better) lol so good question and i hope that you get a good answer cause i would like to hear something too lol

umm they have some more things from Aloft..
we played a game called Gender Wars where the girls had to answer questions about guys & vice versa. my brother knew all the answers from last year & he was scaring people.

we played another which was the crowning of the couch potato. movie & tv questions.

i usually showed up for the trivia games it's really fun. a lot of the time Gez was trying to get people to play cards, though it was generally poker.

The Stack was so much fun. :)
I didn't participate in all the games, but watching them was always fun. lol.

One of the best activities was that you had to make a video. They divided whoever was playing into two teams, gave each group a digital video camara, and gave us an hour to make a movie. Then we watched both, and decided on a winner.
Ours was SO funny. We did the top 10 things NOT to do on a Disney Cruise. My favorite? Don't Mosh In An Elevator. We literally had about 10 teens squished in an elevator, and the door opened, and we all started jumping and screaming. I swear, I felt the elevator was gonna break! haha

But yeah. The teen stuff is always fun. I'm going on the Wonder next year, and sadly, I won't be able to do the teen stuff, as I will be 19. :(

I was on Aloft and it's been like a year but i had a blast

with the new friends i made we danced, laughed, played...

and probably the most fun was The Amazing Race of the ship...

they gave u clues and you had to call back from a ship phone and try to get done first....
we beat the guys hands down!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really excited cause I'm going on my first cruise February 2007!! My parents think I'm obsessive about it, but I'm not :confused3 ... Haha ok I am a little bit, but hey I'm excited!

it's fun. though we generally skipped things if they were lame (like Disney Power Hour, no offense. i'm just saying teens these days are USUALLY not into that stuff) or if no one was interested.
everybody showed up at night, but usually not during the day.
i miss Gez : (

That is my favorite part of the cruise! I loved it but it really helps if you get cool teens on your cruise. I have done some where the kids are not as kewl as others. The last cruise I went on had some amazing people and some slimeballs but the amazing ppl are my friends still. SOme of them are even in my top 8 on myspace.

I'm going on the Mediteranian (I have no idea how to spell that) cruise next summer and I'm hoping I'll meet alot of cool people. This will be my 3rd Disney cruise and I'll be 17 this time (I was 12 on the last cruise). Will there be people my age or will it all be like 13 and 14 year olds? Thanks in advance :]

well.. when i was on the Wonder, they were usually 13-15. i saw a few 17 year olds, but they were either, never there, weren't really talkative, or got kicked out (for various things xD that shouldn't be mentioned on the DIS)

personally i HATED it. the people were rather rude to me...just because they already had ther friends and like i didnt go ther right away...so i basically had no one to hang out...but thats just my expierence.

that was the mistake.
if you don't got the first day, you probably won't enjoy it.
the first day was like amazing. we talked & the counsellors were joking around and doing some stuff until the Ice Breakers started and they told us about everything, but didn't make it boring, because we already knew this stuff. and then we played a game where they but a celebrities name on our back & we had to ask people about our celeb & then we had to guess who it was.

I remember the making a video activity! Ours had something to do with going up to random people on the ship and asking them about what they thought about the weird noise the toilets made when you flushed them lol. That was soooo much fun!

I was last on the Disney cruise right before they changed the teen hangout to the Stack (like literally the week before they did that). Unfortunately, I'm now too old to go into the Stack.
