I just read a post that said something about a Spiderman breakfast, I had no idea, my ds9 is a HUGE Spiderman fan. Does anyone have any info on this, where it is and the cost? Also does US or IOA have any other character dining? And is there a website where I could see this info?

thanks alot- really excited about Spiderman

We are taking the kids and giving this a try in a couple of weeks. It gets uneven reviews but most love the character interaction and feel the food is just OK.

These links will give you the character meal info for the onsite hotels. We have tried most of them and always enjoy ourselves. The food at the hotels is very good.

I agree, ok food, characters are great! Spiderman came to our table twice and spent about 10 minutes each time. We had a late seating on June 9th of last year if that helps. Also, oj and milk are extra. Here are some pics.

(I know, the rest of you are sick of seeing my kid, LOL)

Those are great pics. I don't know whether to show my ds now or let it be a surprise for him when we get there. I can't keep anything a secret, darn. I'll try though.

Oh, I'd surprise him if you can! and I don't want to give it away, but if there is a man in your party who weighs...maybe 180 or more, you'll be treated to a neat Spidy trick!

We did it last year with my ds 7 & dd 9, they loved it! Spidy and the cat fought together by our table, threw sugar packets, played with the kids hats, pretended to eat their food. Super great time. The food wasn't bad either. :)

I wish my DS(14) was younger. :guilty: This sounds like a great character meal. When he was younger, we went to most of the char. meals at WDW, many more than once. The only one he ever chose to return to was at 1900 PF, because the Mad Hatter was very interactive & a hoot. :teeth: This one sounds even better. For those of you with younger kids, enjoy this age & have fun at the breakfast. :)

:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 You sound like me when anyone debates about whether to take toddlers and preschoolers to Disney...Ds is almost 6 and has already lost a little of that excited wonder over the Disney characters. I can't imagine if we had missed out on all of that fun! I'm so glad that Universal has Scooby Doo, Spongebob, Spiderman, etc. to keep the magic going a little longer :sunny:

thank you, i was looking for a breakfast for my ds9 (will be 10 when we go) after disney decided not to do the buzz and incredibles breakfast. :cheer2: :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Your credit card number is your confirmation number and normally they do not make ressies prior to 4 weeks, so you lucked out!

Last week I was able to make ressies for 6/29 - no problem. I guess it depends who takes your call.
